I would give Joan and Allin 500 stars if google could allow me. If you want to rent a car I would suggest you to approach Joan and Allin without giving a second thought. No holding money, no processing time waste and super clean, very good car you will get at very reasonable price. Very easy location of offices and very good communication through their email. I was very anxious with all car renting reviews from google with other sites but trust me Joan and Allin will take all tensions from you. Joan even gave me a map with details of parking spaces in Ibiza if you need to park the car at night and that is very helpful as parking in Ibiza at night is an actual nightmare. Super service, Thank you Joan and Allin.

Looked up review prior to arriving as car hire abroad is always a bit of a risk and some of the places we saw looked dodgy but no such issues here, very quick process and easy to deal with and all is made clear in what you are paying for and insurance ,even gave us a discount for an Audi that was all ready to go. Handing back when we were done was quick and easy too. Would 100% recommend hiring from here.

Like most I was struggling to find a car hire company that didn't cost the earth and/or have terrible reviews! After a lot of searching, I found a local rental company close to our hotel. We walked over to see what the pricing was like and also see what they had to offer. It didn't take long to make my decision and rent a car. Firstly Juan was very polite and easy to deal with. The pricing was sensible and he didn't charge us for the car seat we needed for our son. He also didn't push us into extras or request a deposit. After a bit of form filling we had our car delivered to the office. We checked over any damage/marks together and then we set off. The car was fine and ran well (considering it was a Renault!) throughout the 4 days we had it. On the last day of the rental, I sent Juan a WhatsApp message to see if I could drop the car back that evening (rather than early the next morning). Within about ten minutes I had a call and he said he was there until 20:00 and to drop by anytime beforehand. I dropped the car off, had a quick chat and started to walk back to our hotel. I hadn't gotten far when Juan stopped and offered to drop me back. A genuinely nice guy and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We highly recommend Union for renting your car in Ibiza. Very friendly and professional people. We didn't have any credit card but that was not a problem. No need for deposit . Communication through email before our arrival from the Netherlands was also perfect. We paid cash and got a Nissan Micra which we enjoyed for 5 full days. On our first day we unfortunately discovered once we returned from the beach that our car was crashed quite heavily on the rear bumper. We called Juan and sent him also pictures of the damage. He told us not to worry as we were fully insured name this was 100% true. We returned the car and without any further fuss or hassle. Thank you Union for the excellent service!!!

Found this next to the hotel we stayed in. The service and cars/scooters were great. We manage to hire a car for a day and scooter for another, both experience were on point. We did take the extra insurance for peace of mind - definitely recommend to do that.

Perfect Car Rental! This is typicaly why I prefer this type of local car rental. If you take full insurance it's much cheaper than all big compagnies and they treat you with a lot of respect! My tip: Take full insurance always, it's really expensive at the airport but not with local compagnie like Union Joan. And plus: He can join you at the airport. It was perfect for us as we took the car inside the city and let it at the airport. Thanks joan for your help!
