I recently rented a car at the ibiza airport for 9 days When I returned it I Accidentally left my wallet on the front seat with all my credit cards driving license and cash. They called me to say they had found it just as I was boarding my flight They could not have been more reassuring letting me know it was safe and could be picked up and delivered to me. Thankyou Autos Mari for being so helpful and honest. I will use your car service next time. One suggestion ... please put Autos Mari signs up in the parking structure so you are easier to find!! Last month we went to Ibiza to spend a few days and we were afraid of the typical rental companies that we all know that take advantage of tourists once they take the return flight with the blocking of deposits, etc. It was the first time that we rented with them. Mari cars and very happy with the insurance option for 75-85 euros that they give you and you forget everything, 100% recommended to rent it with that option which was the one we used, on the website I selected an automatic Opel Cora and they gave me an Audi The automatic was honestly brand new and ran like silk, I dont remember the name of the man who gave us the car but he was quite nice, and the truth is that we returned the car with some dirt from the beach and so on because there are few gas stations with a car wash car in the vicinity of the airport to say the least and they didnt give us any problems, I hope they dont change and continue working like this, we go to the island every year and from this year you can be sure that autosmari will be our car rental company From now on, the car was delivered to us in the airport parking lot on time, quickly and easily.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF RESPECT!!! We rented a car with them and at the time of return we called to see if we could deliver it directly to the airport at night and they told us that without any problem, we just had to leave the paper and the keys inside the car. Nice helpful employees who do their best, but this company needs to improve a lot: first we received a defective high chair (strap fasteners were missing, the straps could not be fastened). How can you not check that first before you put it in? We therefore had to wait for a new one upon arrival. And more importantly: dont take out full insurance with them, because that will be of no use to you! It only costs you extra money because it is not complete so they have to call it something else, for example incomplete/defective insurance. Through no fault of our own, the car key was stolen from our bag on the beach while we were swimming with our toddler daughter and it was not covered by insurance. Hidden in the small print. So it is better to have a major accident with much more costs for this company than to be robbed with relatively less costs: very strange. So you are robbed twice: first by the thieves and then by this company for hundreds of euros. Holiday ruined. Dont let your holiday be ruined and rent a car somewhere else next time. The nice employees who brought a new key cannot do anything about this absurd policy of this company. We often rent cars abroad and always return them fully fueled and without damage, but we had never experienced this before... nasty aftertaste. No compassion for the customer whatsoever.

Op het strand is buiten onze schuld de autosleutel uit onze tas gestolen toen we zwommen met onze peuterdochter en die viel niet onder de verzekering. Verstopt in de kleine lettertjes. Je kan dus beter een groot ongeluk krijgen met veel meer kosten voor dit bedrijf dan bestolen worden met relatief minder kosten: heel raar. Dus je wordt dan twee keer bestolen: eerst door de dieven en vervolgens door dit bedrijf voor honderden euros. Vakantie verpest. Laat je vakantie niet verpesten en huur volgende keer ergens anders een auto. De aardige medewerkers die een nieuwe sleutel kwamen brengen, kunnen niets aan dit absurde beleid van dit bedrijf doen. Wij huren vaak autos in het buitenland, leveren ze altijd keurig volgetankt en zonder schade in, maar dit hadden we nog nooit meegemaakt... nare nasmaak. Geen enkel medeleven met de klant.

We were looking for a rental car in Santa Eularia and came across Autos Mari based on previous reviews and didnt regret it. The price is fair for everyone, no nasty surprises afterwards and that was exactly what was important to us. We booked a panda for two days from July 1st to July 3rd. Fully comprehensive insurance without excess and a child seat up to 15 kg. Its also worth asking about a rental car directly at Auto Maris office without booking online first. We received a white, clean, well-maintained Panda with just over 3,000 km on the odometer. A new car, so to speak. As I said, delivery and return were without any problems. So you can continue to enjoy your holiday in Ibiza, so wed love to come back!

Vollkasko ohne Selbstbeteiligung sowie einen Kindersitz bis 15 kg. Es lohnt sich auch direkt bei Auto Mari im Buro nach einem Leihwagen nachzufragen, ohne vorher uber das Internet zu buchen. Erhalten haben wir einen weissen sauberen, gepflegten Panda mit etwas uber 3.000 km auf dem Tachostand. Sozusagen ein Neuwagen. Ubergabe und Ruckgabe war wie gesagt ohne Probleme. So lasst sich der Urlaub weiterhin auf Ibiza geniessen, also gerne wieder!

May 20. We rent a car for 5 days at all risks. We picked up a 4-door Opel Corsa at the airport with about 13,000 km. When I picked it up I noticed that the clutch seemed to be a little tight but I couldnt expect that the next day when I tried to park uphill in reverse the car wouldnt go up. I went to the Sta. Eularia office and long story short, after they gave me two more Corsas and since anyone who didnt have one thing had another, I got an A3 for a small supplement. Well okay. The next day in the afternoon a low pressure warning comes on in some tire, without specifying it. I look and it doesnt look like any puncture. I go off the road to look for a gas station to check if any of the tires are leaking. There are none that are so low in pressure that you think they are punctured. Already with fear in my body in case I carry a nail, I interrupt the excursion. The on-screen notice is not automatically cleared. The next day I check pressures again and they are fine. I deduce that someone was already low blood pressure when they gave it to me and the notice went off the next day. Therefore lack of maintenance before delivering car. Also appearing on the instrument panel, from time to time, was another snitch that I couldnt figure out what it was.

Fui a la oficina de Sta. Eularia y para resumir, despues de que me dieran otros dos Corsas y en vistas que el que no tenia una cosa tenia otra,me quede un A3 por un pequeno suplemento. Pues vale. Al dia siguiente por la tarde se me enciende un aviso de baja presion en algun neumatico, sin especificar. Miro y no parece ningun pinchazo. Salgo de la ruta para buscar una gasolinera para comprobar si alguna ruede pierde. No hay ninguna que este tan baja de presion como para pensar que este pinchada. Ya con el miedo en el cuerpo por si llevo un clavo, interrumpo la excursion. El aviso en pantalla no se borra automaticamente. Al dia siguiente vuelvo a comprobar presiones y estan bien. Deduzco que alguna ya estaria baja de presion cuando me lo dieron y salto el aviso al dia siguiente. Por tanto falta de mantenimiento antes de entregar coche. Tambien salia en el tablero de instrumentos, de cuando en cuando, otro chivato que no consegui saber que era.
