Es la empresa de alquiler de coches mas penosa. Cuando sevolvi el coche me cobraron parte de la fianza indicando q habia bajado un poco la gasolina. A los 4 meses me quitaron de la tarjeta de credito dinero, anadiendo que era gasto de gestion administrativa por una multa que ya habia pagado previamente a la DGT. Te intentan sacar dinero inventandose cosas. UNA AUTENTICA ESTAFA.
It is the most painful car rental company. When I returned the car they charged me part of the deposit indicating that the gas had gone down a little. After 4 months they took money from my credit card, adding that it was an administrative management expense for a fine that I had previously paid to the DGT. They try to get money from you by inventing things. A REAL SCAM.
Vergonzoso!!! Me siento estafadisimo. A pesar de que la reserva me resulto economica cuando fui a devolver el vehiculo me cobraron 15EUR de la fianza porque decian que el coche no tenia el mismo nivel de combustible yo no estaba de acuerdo pero tenia el tiempo Justo para embarcar y decidi no discutir por 15EUR. Posteriormente me llego una multa que pague inmediatamente, la cual no puedo argumentar defensa ya que no recuerdo con exactitud el punto de la infraccion. Y ahora casi en octubre me cargan en la tarjeta de credito 30EUR de gastos administrativos por identificar al conductor. Lo cual creo que es parte su trabajo y los cara duras cobran 30EUR. En fin voy a reclamar todo lo que este en mi mano para que esta gente deje de aplicar esas tecnicas abusivas para seguir sacado dinero a sus clientes.
Shameful!!! I feel scammed. Even though the reservation was economical, when I went to return the vehicle they charged me EUR15 for the deposit because they said that the car did not have the same level of fuel. I did not agree but I had just enough time to board and I decided not to argue. for EUR15. I later received a fine that I paid immediately, which I cannot defend since I do not remember exactly the point of the violation. And now almost in October they charge my credit card EUR30 in administrative expenses for identifying the driver. Which I think is part of their job and the tough ones charge EUR30. In short, I am going to demand everything in my power so that these people stop applying these abusive techniques to continue taking money from their clients.

Sin duda la mejor eleccion que hice en mis vacaciones en Ibiza. :) La reserva fue sencilla y rapida pero lo mejor fue el precio, muy claro y sin sorpresas. Ademas tienen varias oficinas y eso me ha dado mas confianza a la hora de elegir. Lo recomiendo. Hasta el proximo ano!!!
