Todo estupendo, alquile un carrozado hace unos dias y el trato fue muy bueno, llene el deposito al llegar desde el surtidor de la propia empresa, el gasoil a buen precio y todo correcto. El vehiculo limpio, con buenas prestaciones y tal como acordamos, son vehiculos nuevos. Sin duda volvere.

Te Estafan, porque te cobran gasolina que no has gastado y no devuelven dinero por km no recorrido. Alquilamos una furgoneta por telefono para un dia, con 200km con seguro a todo riesgo por 119EUR y 200EUR de fianza. Cuando llegamos a recogerla, la persona que nos atiende, no sabe el precio que me habian dado ni el kilometraje contratado. (todo apuntado en libreta, no en un ordenador) Al final el precio queda como hablamos por telefono y nos dice que si superamos el kilometraje hay que pagar un suplemento y que si no llegamos al kilometraje, nos descuentan dinero de lo pagado. Devuelvo la furgoneta con el deposito lleno (deposito que lleno en una gasolinera de al lado de donde esta la entrega del vehiculo) y con 175km recorridos. Cuando compruebo la devolucion de la fianza, me encuentro con 191EUR porque dicen que en el coche le entraba mas gasolina. Yo no alquilaria aqui porque intentan cobrarte de mas y porque han demostrado ser un desastre. Adjunto foto para que veais el deposito. Me dan igual los 9EUR, son insignificantes, pero te los cobran sin explicarte por que, aun sabiendo que esta correcto y encima que la devuelves con menos km recorridos. Cumplid con lo comprometido.
They scam you, because they charge you for gasoline that you have not spent and do not return money for km not traveled. We rented a van by phone for one day, with 200km with comprehensive insurance for EUR119 and EUR200 deposit. When we arrived to pick it up, the person who attended us did not know the price they had given me or the contracted mileage. (everything written down in a notebook, not on a computer) In the end the price remains as we spoke on the phone and it tells us that if we exceed the mileage we have to pay a supplement and that if we do not reach the mileage, they will deduct money from what we paid. I return the van with a full tank (I fill the tank at a gas station next to where the vehicle is delivered) and with 175km traveled. When I check the refund of the deposit, I find EUR191 because they say the car had more gas in it. I wouldn't rent here because they try to overcharge you and because they have proven to be a disaster. I attach a photo so you can see the deposit. I don't care about the EUR9, they are insignificant, but they charge you without explaining why, even knowing that it is correct and on top of that you return it with less km traveled. Comply with what you promised.
Necesitaba una furgoneta grande para una mudanza. Me los recomendo un amigo y ha sido una buena sorpresa descubrirlos. El precio muy bueno comparando con la competencia. La furgoneta esta nueva y no gasta nada. Todo ha sido muy rapido y comodo. Totalmente recomendable

Alquile un furgoneta y ademas de contar con un buen precio el trato ha sido muy bueno. Explicandome bien tanto el funcionamiento de la furgoneta como las opciones en el tema del combustible, horarios para entregar... El vehiculo estaba muy cuidado, limpio y se notaba que es moderno, al igual que el resto de la flota. Cuentan con bastantes vehiculos, tanto furgonetas de diferentes tamanos y capacidades, como de camiones. Para la devolucion de la fianza es importante que no se os olvide la misma tarjeta con la que pagasteis (a mi me paso e hice el desplazamiento en balde). Al final lo pude tramitar por email y telefono. Muy contento y repetiria 100% con ellos.

Very happy and I would 100% repeat with them.
