Mucho cuidado al alquilar coches con extras como cadenas para la nieve, me las dieron rotas y no pudimos llegar a nuestro destino. Perdi el dia completo y mucho dinero y aun asi me cobraron el coche. Por la zona donde estan ni me explico como no tienen cadenas de las modernas y no las revisan, pues pueden llegar a arruinar un viaje como me hicieron a mi.
Be very careful when renting cars with extras such as snow chains, they gave me broken ones and we couldn't reach our destination. Iba a realizar un alquiler para 3-4 dias con esta empresa, pero llamo para pedir informacion sobre los metodos de pago aceptados en la oficina, y la chica que me atiende no tiene ni idea sobre las condiciones ofertadas por su propia empresa en web de la localidad, y tampoco me da solucion a la duda intentando contactar con algun superior u otra persona que pueda responderme a ello. En fin, nada mas que decir, supongo que, una reserva menos!

Debido a un imprevisto, me vi obligado a alquilar un coche con muy poca antelacion. Llame por telefono para explicar mi situacion antes de reservar por Internet. A pesar de haber llamado antes por telefono, la persona que me atendio no me aviso a tiempo de que la anulacion de la reserva conllevaba una comision de 65 euros y de que la oficina cerraba a las 13:00 y no habria por la tarde. Como no podiamos llegar de ninguna manera, llame por telefono y anule la reserva. Cuando mencione explicitamente que no estaba dispuesto a pagar una comision por anulacion de reserva, la persona me dijo que "creia" que no me cobrarian ninguna. Pasados unos dias, he podido ver (al repasar los movimientos de mi cuenta bancaria, nadie me lo ha avisado formalmente) que se me ha cobrado una comision de 65 euros. Al llamar por telefono para reclamar a la oficina de Avis Huesca, hable con la misma persona, que me dijo que tenia que escribir al correo de atencion al cliente. Escribi a ese correo, y recibi la contestacion automatica de que se pondrian en contacto conmigo en diez dias. No lo han hecho. No volvere a alquilar un coche con estos estafadores.
Due to an unforeseen event, I was forced to rent a car at very short notice. I called by phone to explain my situation before booking online. Despite having called before by phone, the person who assisted me did not notify me in time that canceling the reservation entailed a commission of 65 euros and that the office closed at 1:00 p.m. and there would be no service in the afternoon. Since we couldn't get there in any way, I called and canceled the reservation. When I explicitly mentioned that I was not willing to pay a cancellation fee, the person told me that they "thought" they would not charge me one. After a few days, I was able to see (when reviewing the movements in my bank account, no one has formally notified me) that a commission of 65 euros has been charged to me. When calling by phone to complain to the Avis Huesca office, I spoke with the same person, who told me that I had to write to the customer service email. I wrote to that email, and received the automatic response that they would contact me in ten days. They haven't done it. I will not rent a car with these scammers again.
Tres veces alquile y la ultima el coche fue un problemon. Averia electrica en el Fiat 500 todos los indicadores del coche encendidos la temperatura del aceite a tope y a 500 mts de un radar, mas pendiente del coche que de la carretera, foto a 82 km/h en zona de 70, a 4 km de devolverlo, paro el coche lo vuelvo a encender y solo marca fallo en un chivato, lo entrego y se me olvida repostar. Lo recogi a las 18:36 por que cierran a las 19:00 me dijeron que si llegaba mas tarde de 19:00 (hora que fije de entrega) que no pasaba nada, despues de la averia lo entrego a las 20:15 y zasca me cobran un dia mas, Lo peor de todo la atencion recibida por parte de la srta que me atendio que mientras le explicaba el problema mecanico que habia tenido y los problemas que me ocasiono se reia, supongo que seria por los 111,09 euros que me cargaron en la visa. Entiendo el cargo del repostaje, entendere la multa, pero el dia de mas???. Que si no hubiera fallado el coche, no tendria ninguno de los cargos extras pero bueno. Anuncian volkswagen golf y no tienen, los fiat 500, al menos el que me toco a mi nefasto para mi, de risa para ellos y super rentable Solo volvere para que me den la factura de los 111,09 eurines. Nunca he visto peor atencion al cliente, y por supuesto me sobran definiciones para el gestor de esta franquicia...mentirosos, la mas suave que se me ocurre. Si te van los deportes de riesgo alquila en AVIS HUESCA y sobretodo su palabra vale cero. Finalmente desde Avis central con previa queja a traves de la agencia con la que reserve me devolvieron el importe del dia de mas. Pero me cobraron lo sgasto de gestion de la multa, amen de la multa que tuve que pagar claro esta.

I understand the refueling charge, I will understand the fine, but the extra day??? If the car hadn't failed, I wouldn't have any of the extra charges, but oh well. They advertise Volkswagen Golf and they don't have the Fiat 500, at least the one I had, disastrous for me, hilarious for them and super profitable I will only return so they can give me the invoice for the 111.09 euros. I have never seen worse customer service, and of course I have plenty of definitions for the manager of this franchise...liars, the softest one I can think of. If you like extreme sports, rent from AVIS HUESCA and above all, your word is worth zero. Finally, from Avis central, with prior complaint through the agency I booked with, they refunded the amount for the extra day. But they charged me the cost of managing the fine, in addition to the fine that I had to pay of course.
After returning the car, they complained about dirty carpets and they even sent us photos with the dirt with invoice of 0 eur. Do they expect us to clean before returning it?!?!
Personal muy atento y amable. He alquilado varias veces a traves de la App y siempre han tenido el coche a punto. La ultima vez tenia un alquiler gratis y me adjudicaron un Audi a3, muy contenta ya que me esperaba un coche de gama media... Los coches siempre han estado en muy buen estado y limpios. Nunca he tenido ningun problema con ellos.
Very attentive and friendly staff. I have rented several times through the App and they have always had the car ready. The last time I had a free rental and they awarded me an Audi a3, very happy since I was expecting a mid-range car... The cars have always been in very good condition and clean. I've never had any problems with them.
We made an online reservation of a small car Fiat 500 and we were upgraded to medium, a VW Polo with only 5000km. The car was clean but not that powerful (3 cylinder engine 900 cmc) but it worked just fine. We had to pay 50 EUR for gasoline, but you receive the money back if you return the car with a full tank. Paid with pre-paid card without any issues: Revolut. We received a better price online.
Served by a very kind lady, everything clear. Very fast and easy return in the station parking. I recommend this car rental.
