Quiero agradecer a Maria Jose y a David (el chico de la venta de coches). Tuve que dejar mi coche en el taller y no tenia como volver al pueblo y recoger al nino en la guarderia. No dudaron en atenderme durante su hora de almuerzo. Se agradece que en los tiempos que vivimos, que encontremos a alguien dispuesto a ayudarnos, con amabilidad y empatia. I want to thank Maria Jose and David (the car sales guy). I had to leave my car at the shop and I had no way to go back to town and pick up the child at daycare. They did not hesitate to serve me during their lunch hour. It is appreciated that in the times we live in, that we find someone willing to help us, with kindness and empathy. Meine absolute Frechheit! Ich wollte ein Auto mieten was ich sogar online schon bezahlt hatte dass ich ohne Hotelbestatigung oder Flugticket kein Fahrzeug mieten durfe. Mir wurde gesagt sie wurden mein Geld behalten und ich durfe wieder gehen da kein Fahrzeug mir zur Verfugung gestellt werden kann. Danach war ich bei einer anderen Autovermietung und dort war das uberhaupt kein problem. Ich bin absolut erschuttert und wurde diesen Laden keinem empfehlen der serios bedient werden will. Ich werde jetzt meinen Anwalt einschalten, da dies absolut inakzeptabel ist.
My absolute cheek! I wanted to rent a car which I had already paid for online so that I wasn't allowed to rent a vehicle without a hotel confirmation or flight ticket. I was told they would keep my money and I would be allowed to leave as no vehicle could be provided to me. Afterwards I went to another car rental company and it wasn't a problem there at all. I am absolutely shocked and would not recommend this store to anyone who wants serious service. I will now contact my lawyer as this is completely unacceptable.
