Wypozyczalnia 2/5. *niestety ani jeden pracownik nie mowi w jezyku angielsku, co jest bardzo na minus i stanowi duzy problem z normalna komunikacja, *punkt wypozyczalni przy hotelu jest caly czas zamkniety, a odbior samochodu nastepuje od godziny 8:30 do 9:00 o czym pracownicy nie informuja klientow, *kolejnym z minusow jest ograniczanie kilometrow uzaleznionych od ilosci dni wynajmu, z czym pierwszy raz sie spotykam *niestety po 100 km zapalila sie kontrolka AD Blue i musialo zostac uzupelnione, a powinno byc to po stronie wypozyczalni. (Nie sa zwracane za to pieniadze, a umowa obejmowala tylko uzupelnienie baku paliwa, wiec kolejny z minusow) *kolejnym minusem jest to, ze zaden z pracownikow nie pojawia sie by odebrac pojazd, tylko kaza go zostawic zaparkowanego na ulicy i wrzucic kluczyki do skrzynki pocztowej, *brak klimatyzacji w aucie (prawdopodobnie nie zostala uzupelniona), a przy tych temperaturach to katastrofa, Wypozyczalnia pobiera kaucje w wysokosci 100 EURO, ktora obiecuja, ze zwroca nastepnego dnia, lecz jest to klamstwo. Samochod w stanie dobrym, nowy, swiezy nie ma do czego sie tu przyczepic.

BEWARE SCAMMERS! the car that was rented to me a few weeks ago had the engine light on and they told me not to worry about it (is that normal?!) besides that it was full of defects and small damages with wich I didn't felt comfortable driving it for fear of scams. They gave us the tank at 1/4... But the worst thing Is that they charge your credit card when you are back in your country!!!!! The tall guy was rude in his manners, never smiled and it seems that they think they are doing favors for us tourists to rent a car... avoid this company if you want peaceful stress free holidays, they are unprofessional at all.

I reserved car for Wednesday, staff is trying to convince me I said Friday and for sure I did not. Lady who tried to find my reservation didn't find any solution for problem they caused. I had to cancel my plans for Malaga vacation....

Great service at a great price Older car with more mileage than the big multinationals but no issues with this. Arranged for the car to be delivered and collected at our hotel reception in Punta Del Moral, no extra fees for this service. All on time, paperwork sorted in 15 minutes Fuel on a leave it as you found it basis, not full for full. No problems post hire. Highly recommended

I am very pleased with the service. I ordered the car several days in advance before the holiday by contacting the company by email., which is exactly what I ordered.. Everything was functional, the air conditioning worked perfectly.

After being let down by another very well-known, international car hire company, I was panicking trying to find another and phoned Espanicar not knowing if they rented cars for single day use, would have one available, etc. They did and within minutes I was at their office signing my rental agreement. Just washed car, clean and fragrant, paid for extra insurance so fully comp, no need to worry about any scratches etc should they happen. Great service, very human and personable and well-organised. Was able to drop the car back late at night by dropping the keys through the letterbox. Not the cheapest rates out there but will nonetheless return to them thanks to their amenability and speedy service.

Very bad company, they are thieves ! be careful when you pay with a credit-card, they take more money when you come back to your country !
