Made a reservation online. When I arrived during posted business hours, I found many cars but no Europcar representative. He showed up ten minutes later and said, "Sorry, I have no cars." When I asked about all the cars parked in places labeled "Europcar," he said that they were all being sold and that two trucks were on the way to pick them up.
Quick and efficient
Incompetent, rude, cancelled our car hire 28 mins before collecting the car leaving my family stranded. Complained to Europcar about treatment and they did not wish to keep my future custom.... Avoid!!!!
AVOID THIS PLACE. I decided to go there after a quick online research. I, foolishly thought I could get a better deal there. Upon my arrival I ask for the CHEAPEST car available and this very unconcerned woman gave a 45% more expensive quote. When asked about the massive online difference three things happened and made me write this review: 1.- They simply assumed I did not drive manual, which I do. Generally manual cars are cheaper. 2.- They included insurance on the quote, which is not a default, and they included the most expensive one. 3.- They, xenophobically giving my Latino accent, assume that I didn't own a credit card usable for the reservation and, therefore, a more expensive protection was added. This was a very concerning 5 minutes interchange that no one should go through. Once again, AVOID AT ALL COST

Worst company ever. They will rip you apart. Avoid. They also told me they have the car i want and then kept me waiting for some time and then finally told me they dont have the car and they have only one car...

Very efficient pick up and located at a gas station too.
