Una estrella y porque no se puede menos. Son unos verdaderos estafadores. Me dieron un vehiculo de sustitucion a traves de Spoticar (otros sin verguenzas) con los cuales empiezo a sospechar que estan compinchados. El caso es que el trabajador de Enterprise me dice el dia de la firma que por ahora tengo el coche asegurado 4 dias, pero que no me preocupase porque Spoticar si no me habia dado informacion antes, me renovarian el vehiculo de sustitucion. A todo este en varias ocasiones le pregunto que si puedo continuar con el coche de forma segura despues d esos cuatro dias y SI SI LAURA, SIN PROBLEMAS QUE ESO LO CUBRE SPOTICAR. Un dia antes de que me devuelvan mi coche (que casualidad... como si ellos ya supieran que al dia siguiente acabaria el alquiler del coche) me llaman de Enterprise diciendome que el coche de sustitucion solo tenia seguro hasta el dia 26/10 (los famosos 4 dias) y que yo tendria que pagar el resto!!!!! A todo esto ayer (incluso antes de yo misma saber que me iban a devolver mi coche) me retiraron casi 600EUR de la cuenta bancaria. ?Como sabian ellos que me iban a dar mi coche y que por tanto iba a dejar el vehiculo de sustitucion? ?Incluso antes que yo lo sabian? Me suena a que estan compinchados para estafar a gente. Gracias por el trato tan nefasto, por dar capotazos a diestro y siniestro y por ser unos sin verguenzas. Esta claro que pienso denunciaros. Ladrones!!!
One star and because you can't do less. They are real scammers. They gave me a replacement vehicle through Spoticar (others without shame) with whom I am beginning to suspect that they are in cahoots. The fact is that the Enterprise worker tells me on the day of the signing that for now I have the car insured for 4 days, but that I should not worry because if Spoticar had not given me information before, they would renew the replacement vehicle. To all of this, on several occasions I ask if I can continue with the car safely after those four days and YES YES LAURA, WITHOUT PROBLEMS THAT SPOTICAR COVERS. One day before they return my car (what a coincidence... as if they already knew that the car rental would end the next day) they called me from Enterprise telling me that the replacement car only had insurance until 10/26 (the famous 4 days) and that I would have to pay the rest!!!!! After all this, yesterday (even before I knew that they were going to return my car) they withdrew almost EUR600 from my bank account. How did they know that they were going to give me my car and that I was therefore going to leave the replacement vehicle? Did they even know before me? It sounds to me like they are in cahoots to scam people. Thank you for the disastrous treatment, for slamming people left and right and for being shameless. It's clear that I plan to report you. Thieves!!!
Team here is super friendly and was able to get our car returned quick. They went above and beyond to help us get on our way!
Agradecer a Gerardo y Alvaro su trabajo y el trato recibido, para mi son magnificos profesionales.Necesitaba un vehiculo de pasajeros con ciertas caracteristicas, y lo consiguieron. En cuanto al coche, estaba en perfecto estado de mecanica, limpieza y puesta apunto. Sin duda un 10 para enterprise Huelva. Recomiendado altamente.
I would like to thank Gerardo and Alvaro for their work and the treatment received, for me they are magnificent professionals. I needed a passenger vehicle with certain characteristics, and they got it. As for the car, it was in perfect mechanical, clean and tuning condition. Without a doubt a 10 for enterprise Huelva. Desde la prepotencia, la soberania y la estafa. Estos senores son unos impresentables. Reserve una furgoneta. Pague, y confirme la reserva, me dicen que esta confirmada. Cuando llego a la oficina el chico que atiende me dice que no tiene vehiculo para darme, tras explicale que he ido en taxi a recoger el coche, me dice que me espere que me buscara uno. Entran otros clientes a los que si les da coche y otros a los que no, no se de que depende su rango de medida. Lo cierto es que tras una hora y pico sin darme solucion decide no darme coche alguno. Le digo que me de un documento que acredite que no me da el coche, y se niega. Le digo que mientras no solucione o me de el documento no me voy. Acto seguido conecta la alarma y llama a la policia local. Al final hasta a la policia este individuo pretendio decirle lo que tenian que hacer. Una pena con tanto paro, que haya trabajando semejante personaje. Pero esto no quedara ahi. Hice la reclamacion pertinente y reclamare los danos y perjuicios legalmente. Hoy ciertos personajillos que se creen algo. Faltan al respeto a los clientes y dejan la marca por los suelos. Verguenza de gentes. 14/10/2024 Les parece seria la respuesta de esta empresa? Ponen una URL con la que supuestamente podre contactar con ellos, porque dicen que quieren hablar conmigo. *LA URL ES FALSA* Asi de mentirosos son. Eso si, el cobro del alquiler del vehiculo que jamas me entregaron, si lo han hecho. TE COBRAN Y NO DAN EL VEHICULO, TE COBRAN Y EL PERSONAJILLO QUE TIENEN ALLI PARA ESTAFAR TE NINGUNEA Y TE ECHA DE LAS INSTALACIONES. VERGUENZA TENDRIAS QUE DAR.
From arrogance, sovereignty and fraud. These gentlemen are unpresentable. Reserve a van. Pay, and confirm the reservation, they tell me that it is confirmed. When I arrive at the office, the guy who answers tells me that he doesn't have a vehicle to give me. After explaining to him that I went by taxi to pick up the car, he tells me to wait for him to find me one. Other clients enter who do have a car and others who don't, I don't know what their measurement range depends on. The truth is that after an hour or so without giving me a solution he decides not to give me a car. I tell him to give me a document proving that he is not giving me the car, and he refuses. I tell him that as long as he doesn't solve it or give me the document I won't leave. Then turn on the alarm and call the local police. In the end, this individual even tried to tell the police what they had to do. A shame with so much unemployment, that such a character is working. But this will not stop there. I made the relevant claim and I will claim damages legally. Today certain little characters who believe in something. They disrespect customers and leave the brand in tatters. They put a URL with which I can supposedly contact them, because they say they want to talk to me. *THE URL IS FAKE* That's how liars they are. Of course, the payment for the rental of the vehicle that was never delivered to me, if they have. THEY CHARGE YOU AND DON'T GIVE YOU THE VEHICLE, THEY CHARGE YOU AND THE LITTLE GUY THEY HAVE THERE TO SCAM YOU OFF AND THROW YOU OUT OF THE FACILITIES. SHAME ON YOU.
Tenia reservado con 4 dias de antelacion una furgoneta y cuando llego me dicen que no la tienen. Es la segunda vez que me dejan sin furgoneta. La hoja de reclamacion no valdra pero la demanda por indemnizacion por danos y perjuicios si os va a servir para no estafar mas a las personas y dejarlas tiradas. Por le que he leido en otras resenas hay mas personas que le han pasado lo mismo.
I had reserved a van 4 days in advance and when I arrived they told me they didn't have it. It's the second time they've left me without a van. The claim form will not be valid, but the demand for compensation for damages will help you to not defraud people anymore and leave them stranded. From what I have read in other reviews, there are more people who have had the same thing happen to them.
DO NOT RELY on this location's staff. When showing for picking up a confirmed reservation, they just informed me , verbally no previous phone/mail notification, that there are no cars available. August, friday evening., full family and luggage. No cars available at ANY other vendor. No alternatives to travel to our hotel reservation at south Portugal. Summer vacations ruined. Unacceptable. No solutions, no excuses. BE WARNED
Absolutely terrible treatment and poor customer service. Despite having made a reservation with Alamo (Alamo and Enterprise share a desk and stock at Huelva train station), subsequently modified and reconfirmed, we arrived after 11am to be told there were no cars. At no point did the booking system refuse my booking, and the agent mumbled excuses about my contact phone number having an error. He was asked to confirm it, it was correct. So despite opening at 8.30am knowing full well they had no car to fulfil our booking, he decided not to contact me by phone or email, but to wait for our arrival and offer no sympathies or ownership of the issue. Will never book with them again.
