Alquile una furgoneta, la mande a buscar, el que lleva los alquileres , por motivos personales decide no darle la furgoneta a la persona que mande para recogerla !!!!! Cosa que a mi empresa no le compete , y de paso tambien le propina un punetazo ( no es de mi competencia saber por que de sus diferencias ) por que de haberlo sabido no mando a ese chofer , el caso que tenia una urgencia por que necesita por mi trabajo la furgoneta y me vi afectada todos mi planes se fueron al traste, y simplemente nadie responde ante esta falta de seriedad , pero hay mas nadie me llamo , ni se comunico conmigo para decirme lo que estaba pasando por parte de la ellos , llame yo nadie coge el tlf y aparte que me tuve que ir a recoger personalmente la fianza y pago de la furgoneta en cuestion , por que le daban largas , en conclusion : poca seriedad y falta de etica profesional , por que en mi opinion como clienta , ni era el momento ,ni el lugar , y no creo que mezclar lo profesional con lo personal sea lo mas adecuado y tampoco me gusta que se amenace ya que , mi situacion fue real , fui alquile , pague y me dejaron tirada y por consecuencia yo quede mal con mi responsabilidades y en ningun momento nadie fue capaz de disculparse y rectificar y yo podre ser muy agradecida , pero no por eso voy a perder mi derecho e expresar mi molestia por que yo soy yo , no meto a nadie mas y me mata la falta de profesionalidad y las injusticias y me vi envuelta en medio de algo que no me correspondia .

I called, no one picks up the phone and apart from the fact that I had to go personally pick up the deposit and payment for the van in question, because they were dragging their feet, in conclusion: lack of seriousness and lack of professional ethics, because in my opinion as Client, it was neither the time nor the place, and I do not think that mixing the professional with the personal is the most appropriate and I do not like it to be threatened since, my situation was real, I rented, I paid and I They left them behind and as a result I was left in a bad light with my responsibilities and at no time was anyone able to apologize and rectify and I may be very grateful, but that doesn't mean I'm going to lose my right and express my annoyance because I am me, I don't get involved. to no one else and the lack of professionalism and injustice kills me and I found myself involved in the middle of something that did not belong to me.

Could not rent from them because I am not a Spanish resident. They have only vans and minivans, English it is not on the menu. Outside of the city.
