We rented from cars from Autatlantis in our trips to Sao Jorge, Faial, Pico and Flores. One deposit for all of the rentals. Everything was smooth, cars were good, service was friendly. 5/5 recommend this company.

Fiz uma reserva em 3 ilhas diferentes (Faial; S.Jorge;Pico). No geral correu tudo bem. Notei que nos balcoes de atendimento desta empresa, existiam sempre mais clientes que nos outros balcoes. Pode ser um bom sinal. Mas pode ser um pouco aborrecido o tempo de espera. Os funcionarios na generalidade eram algo lentos no processo de levantamento e entrega do carro. Outro pormenor foi o facto de estar no papel que o deposito estava cheio, mas depois quando cheguei ao carro nao estava. Tirei foto e nao houve problema na entrega do carro. No entanto, e chato para o cliente estar a colocar a mesma gasolina que quando levantou. Acabei por entregar o carro com o deposito com mais gasolina do que quando levantei
I made a reservation on 3 different islands (Faial; S.Jorge; Pico). Overall, everything went well. I noticed that at this company's customer service counters, there were always more customers than at other counters. It could be a good sign. But the waiting time can be a little tedious. The employees were generally somewhat slow in the process of picking up and delivering the car. Another detail was the fact that it was on paper that the tank was full, but when I got to the car it wasn't. I took a photo and there was no problem delivering the car. However, it is annoying for the customer to be putting in the same gas as when they picked up. I ended up returning the car with more gas in the tank than when I picked it up.
Kind of an old car, but everything was fine. The guy at the Check-in changed our return spot for free to better fit (we didn't know there was a second one on the island). I recommend renting a car here!
Very friendly and efficient customer service. Booking online through BookingCom was easy and straight forward. Car was clean, in good conditions and worked well. We are satisfied and would deal with this company again!
We had great experience with Autatlantis on Sao Miguel, Sao Jorge and Pico: Super friendly service. This was unfortunately not the case in Horta / Faial earlier today: unfriendly, inflexible, borderline rude... I'm sure just the particular person
