The car was in good shape and it was super close to the airport with an easy self check in and self check out. Joao was always very helpful and a great contact. I made this reservation from the U.S. before my trip and their contact-free pickup made it so that I didn't interact with anyone in person. For us this is the most confusing situation - there is no personal handover! The scooter was at the airport and was secured by a lock. Only after entering a code could the lock be opened and the key removed. This was also how you got to the helmets. It takes a lot of getting used to, especially since... a helmet like this has to fit. One fit, the other didnt. But at least this was replaced very promptly by a real employee in the hotel. It shouldnt have been our last contact with the nice gentleman. We had rented a 125cc scooter for almost two weeks. This was the cheapest in terms of price. The scooter, branded Vortex , wasn t exactly what you could call a branded vehicle. There was a lot of clattering, but it never let us down and was able to cope with some difficult inclines. The overall conclusion is positive from the point where we had a physical contact person. The temporary loss of a helmet (found again later) was easily compensated for. But perhaps we are already too old for the process of this impersonal vehicle handover!?! Even though the communication (email/phone) was always really nice. We didnt like not having a fixed place to go, otherwise we would have given it five stars.

Fur uns die verwirrendste Situation schlechthin,- es gibt keine personliche Ubergabe! Der Roller stand am Flughafen und was durch ein Schloss gesichert. Erst nach Eingabe eines Codes liess sich das Schloss offnen und der Schlussel konnte entnommen werden. Ausserdem gelangte man so an die Helme. Sehr gewohnungsbedurftig, zumal ... so ein Helm muss ja auch passen. Einer passte, der andere nicht. Dieser wurde aber immerhin dann doch sehr zeitnah durch einen echten Mitarbeiter im Hotel ausgetauscht. Es sollte nicht unser letzter Kontakt mit dem netten Herren gewesen sein. Wir hatten fur fast zwei Wochen einen 125 ccm Roller gemietet. Preislich war dieser am gunstigsten. Der Roller, Marke Vortex war dabei nicht gerade das, was man als Markenfahrzeug bezeichnen konnte. Da klapperte so einiges, aber er hat uns auch nie im Stich gelassen und kam auch mit einigen schwierigen Steigungen klar. Da gesamte Fazit ist positiv ab dem Punkt, wo wir einen physischen Ansprechpartner hatten. Der zwischenzeitliche Verlust eines Helmes (hat sich spater wieder angefunden) wurde so unkompliziert ausgeglichen. Fur das Verfahren dieser unpersonliche Fahrzeugubergabe sind wir aber dann doch vielleicht schon zu alt!?! Auch wenn die Kommunikationen (Mail/Telefon) immer total nett waren. Keinen festen Anlaufpunkt zu haben, hat uns nicht gefallen, sonst hatten wir funf Sterne vergeben.
