If you are looking for a flexible rental, please AVOID this company. I made a reservation and tried to cancel a day before pick-up, although they claim free cancellation, it basically won't let you do it! The staff told me that only their managers can help with it and the only way is to email him. ( Their staff cannot talk to their managers?) It's been a couple days but I still haven't gotten any responses yet.
Really appreciated the free parking in Waikiki, early pickup hours, and late return hours. The rental and valet staffs politeness and brevity was great, they got me in and out quick. The key attendant Asia was especially energetic, and I appreciated her help.
Kevin was outstanding and helping us get back and made sure we were happy with everything. Update - finished three day rental, saved $51/night parking, car was clean and ready to go. Start to finish staff helped us find the best spots. Shoutout to Asia for the final check in.
I didn't know I can have this great service by rental car. They are so friendly and reliable like family. Especially "Asia" working so hard and kept smile and passion all the time. She is awesome. I will definitely return for this company when I do next visiting area.
Aisha (sorry if spelling is wrong!) was dope, so friendly and kind and checked us out incredibly quickly. Explained the deposit process, went through the car and answered all questions! Her customer service is what make this experience worth while! We rented for a few nights and found ourselves hoping she would be the one present for our return.
So smooth, quick and simple. Extremely easy to deal with. Car was exactly as requested and not an issue at all. No waiting and easy drop off. Assistants were very knowledgeable and helpful with great recommendations to add to our trip.
We had an excellent experience with Voyage. We rented out a car for three days. From the moment we arrived, the staff was super nice and welcoming. A special shout-out to Asha (I hope I'm spelling her name right)- she was absolutely amazing! Her friendly attitude and professionalism really stood out. I also found the free overnight parking to be very convenient.

Even when we returned the car late at night, she treated us with the same friendly attitude. She spoke some Korean, which made us smile, and thanks to her, our experience in Hawaii became even more special. She was as bright, considerate, and kind as a movie heroine. We were able to enjoy a very happy few days because of her. Among the people we met in Hawaii and indeed among all the staff we have encountered in our lives, she is the best.
