This was my first time renting a car with Voyage as I don't believe they have locations outside of Hawaii, however the entire service was fantastic, end to end. Great customer service, clean cars, very friendly staff and so convenient with the free parking. It's a 5 star rating and I so look forward to renting from your location next time I'm in Waikiki again.
Great experience! The car was perfect and once you are familiarised with the parking/valet directions it becomes a really easy and free place to park. The staff we met over our 3 day rental were all really friendly and attentive. The young lady we met on a couple of occasions was superb & went out of her way to help. Thank you
Very professional and kind people. Really explains the rental process and pricing thoroughly before they let you sign anything. Every night we have to return the car, Asia was always so enthusiastic to welcome us back with a smile on her face and answers all our questions. Bonus, the car we got was low mileage and always got washed every night. Will definitely rent again from this place

Incredible service and too easy to deal with. Location is great and parking service is perfect and more convenient than the hotel. I even left my glasses in the car and they shipped them to me! Car was in good condition and they get you in your way pretty quickly which helps with tight schedules. The team was super friendly all around. Thank you!

Sindy was amazing to deal with when we made our booking on Thursday 18 July 2024. She explained everything very clearly and professionally all while training a new staff member. She greeted us this morning with a big smile and was so pleasant and excited about us driving around the island. The car was awesome, the drive around the island was amazing and we swam at so many different beaches along the way as well as stopping in different towns. Asia (sorry if I've spelled it wrongly!!) was also awesome when we dropped off the car this evening. She was full of smiles, professional and thorough in the whole return process. The best rental cars in Waikiki!! They make things easy and reasonable prices. I would say it's cheaper than others. The staff was very friendly and helpful, make a reservation in advance to get a lower price!! I would recommend everyone to get your own car here. Thumbs up!!
