The Tradewinds in Honolulu

The place is 100% better and nearly the same price. I want to see our Nation make all items the same in price... if you buy $4.00 bananas then every price should be $4.00.

Great location if you do not have a car. The pool is pretty to look at, but don't take your children. There are a lot of dogs. The manager and maintenance team were great throughout my stay. I would recommend and would stay again. The rent includes all utilities, including cable and wifi.

Car got towed from guest parking by VIP Towing at 10pm last night after parking it at 850pm. Tradewinds security said they didn't call to.tow and VIP Towing is saying authorized person from Tradewinfs called to.tow. No manager on duty to help provide answers. Any help would be appreciated especially with answering why it was towed within the two hours guest parkig privelexge.

This is the worst place that I have ever stayed at in all my years of renting. I signed a 6 month lease at the trade winds and I received nothing but racist remarks and treatment from all the the staff here. Not only was i treated bad but it turns out that I was charged way more in rent than the average tenant even though I had a credit score of 740. Once I signed my lease I was forced to deal the this poor treatment with no option to back out. This establishment is ran by arrogant white colonizers who have no respect for Hawaii. Shame on Kathaleen Peterson, Tia, and the white male manager of the trade winds who showed me nothing but disrespect. By far the most unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with when considering the amount of money I spent. Thanks for nothing. You people are the worst.

While living at the Tradewinds I packed about 13 boxes full of my best things to get ready to move elsewhere. I put them in the storage space near the elevators they had available under lock and key. When I went to retrieve all my things about 8 weeks later, all of it was gone except two empty suitcases. This included a lifetime of photo albums. I recently learned that it was management that had stolen our things. Shame on you evil and corrupt people!

This is a wonderful co-op! Beautiful pool, friendly staff and security guards, residential manager is hardworking, the condos are one and two bedrooms, starting with 588 sq ft one bedrooms, long lease, 6month rentals minimum, great views from community laundry rooms.

Hectic management, 6 year resident. Never late on rent. Disrespectful to certain groups of people. Hawaiiana Management Company
