This is the son talking, Marcus. Me and my family who was visiting had the best experience possible with this Slingshot Rental. I first started looking at another Rental company and actually booked it. But when my parents saw the terms and condition under them, they were like "cancel that, they are trying people with all those terms." For example, that rental company will charge you for ANYTHING. If the battery dies on you, they expect you to pay for it. If the tires thread is a different messure from when you first pick up the rental, you gotta pay for it. That company was trying to figure out how to get as much money as possible from their customers. I lost out on $100 after canceling within 24 hours. They should be ashamed honestly. But THIS rental company is the exact opposite. If the website is acting up, dont be afraid to call. Shane is THE BEST! No hassle AT ALL! Spent so much LESS money compared to the other company was charging. This company charges less money for more time. Shane shows love! It will make you feel like he's known you for years. It was just the smoothest overall rental experience ever. Shane understands people are just trying to have fun and they shouldn't be penalized for it. Shane, you have a returning customer in the future! I could talk forever on why a person should go with "Slingshot Waikiki" instead of the others.
