We've been to Waikiki many times and didn't know about this car rental place until today. It is walking distance from our resort and conveient that we didn't have to go to the airport for the car pick up and drop off. We are very pleased with the staff and their expedient service. The car is very clean! Most importantly, their price is very reasonable. We definitely do business with them again!
So close to hotels, the best thing they have soft top jeep's we took it for the day, they are open from 8-5:00 plenty of time for an island trip

Our hotel recommended this place because it was just across the street (convenient). The guy who helped us rent the car was friendly despite spending most of the time scrolling instagram at the same time as talking to us. No issues with the car what so ever, and not a terrible price however every other chain would have been cheaper to go to but like I said... convenient. Upon return we were informed first off without a greeting "you're late" (Yes I will admit we were 30 minutes late based on their contract, we had struggled to find a gas station in the area, is what it is) However at the time of pickup we had discussed that we would be coming from North Shore and be probably closer to 4:30 than 4:00. The guy stated "that is fine, day end it okay" WELL LET ME TELL YOU. The guy who was checking out was a right prick. Rude from the start, wouldn't give us the time of day, within 30 seconds pulled up CCTV footage proving the time we rented the car (we weren't disputing this at all) and started cussing us out demanding we pay late fees and that our deposit will be impacted. I couldn't believe someone in business would speak with us like this, hot from the start without any reason to be. Whelp for 10% off they said make a review. So I did, and I warn you to stick to chain car rentals, I try to support local as much as possible, but shall not support this company again.
