Highly recommend renting from this company! Everything was as smooth and straightforward as possible. Booking was a breeze and pickup/drop-off was very easy. Price is hard to beat. Perfect way to explore the island is in a jeep or bronco!! I will now be booking with island car rental any time I come to visit Oahu.

Thank you for the icredible service. They were above and beyond. Kept all there promises for lower car rent value, they even upgraded the car without paying an extra penny. I called several times to ask about parking and other stuff and they were always on top of it. Overall it was a great experiance. Recommended if you are looking for reasonable prices specially that they provide free overnight parking which is a big plus with the high prices of parking in Hawaii. Great car rental place! We needed a 1-day rental on short notice and were thrilled to find Paradise Car Rental. Rates were great and Gazelle, the owner was friendly and helpful. The car was clean and ran well, with great mileage! We will definitely visit next time we are on vacation here.

I recently spent a week in Oahu and rented through Island Car Rental and had an amazing experience! I can't say enough about how seamless their process is from booking to returning. The prices were SO reasonable and made it easy to explore all that Oahu had to offer at my own pace.. I would highly recommend the self-guided Oahu circle island tour as it was the highlight of my trip. I mean what's better than driving from beach to beach in your Bronco with the top down! After a chat with the owner, my issues with Island Car Rental have been resolved. I was refunded the money for the insurance fee, and a partial refund for the fuel was also provided, which I really appreciate. Initially, I had a frustrating experience. I was not informed about a mandatory insurance fee when booking the car, which increased the cost unexpectedly. The lack of transparency led to some confusion. Additionally, the car was handed to me with less than a full tank of petrol, yet I was asked to return it with a full tank, which felt unfair. However, after reaching out to the business, they listened to my concerns and handled the situation professionally. The refund has made and their effort to resolve the issue shows they care about their customers. Based on this follow-up, I would now consider using their service again. It's reassuring to know that they are willing to address issues when they arise.

Best car rental on Kauai!! Owners are super chill and nice, rented a van for 3 days for a great price and it worked perfectly! Whole procedure was easy and quick definitely the best choice for car rentals!

I rented a 2 DR Jeep Wrangler for 3 days in July 2024. Easy to access & Experience: While it is located in a parking garage on the 6th floor, the pick-up instructions were simple to understand. It was a short walk from Hilton Hawaiian Village (where we stayed). There was no line up to pick up the car and we left within 10 minutes. Drop-off was a breeze as well. The Jeep was very clean both inside and outside, it had modern technology with low mileage. The multiple staff that I came across over the 3 days were kind. They also responded quickly to my questions via email. Price: After researching the pricing of different cars from several big rental companies nearby, this one was priced competitively and we saved a lot of money. Extra: We rented the beach gear bundle that came with 2 chairs, one umbrella and a cooler which was very handy when we explored the beaches in the east cost and north shore. It's a one-time fee versus daily rental charges at the resort. They offered free overnight parking which we were grateful for and avoided the expensive parking fee at the resort. Overall, I had a great experience and happy to choose them over those big rental companies. I would definitely rent from them again when I visit in the future.
