GoVibe in Honolulu

we were connected with GoVibe, through a package deal with our hotel. It was great that they brought the car to us, and then when time to return, we came to them and they took us to the airport. Didn't have to worry about parking etc. The customer service was very good, if I ever went to Hawaii again I would look to use them. I had two rentals in Hawaii (different islands) and I found the rentals there seem to be very basic cars...

This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a car rental service. If you're thinking about hiring from them, please reconsider. First, their communication is terrible--they provide an email and phone number, but they don't respond. Second, there was no information about our car. They didn't show up at the airport and instead left the car at our hotel the next day--without any contract. To avoid further issues, we asked the hotel for help and arranged to drop off the car there. Now, we've been charged $83 without any notice or signed contract, and I'm still trying to get in touch with them. Since I can't respond to the company's comment, I'm editing my original comment to clarify. We were ready at 7:05 pm, which was 55 minutes before the stated deadline; however, we did not receive a response until 7:30 pm, at which point we were told it was already too late. I remember that the closing time was 8 pm, which they did not honor. Additionally, they were very rude, saying it was not their problem. Furthermore, the vehicle was charged $83 as if it had a full tank, although it was returned nearly full. They also did not provide any evidence of the fuel level. Additionally, there was no formal handover of the vehicle; it was simply left with the hotel valet. I am currently requesting the vehicle handover documents, which they have so far refused to share.

Super convenient 1 day vehicle rental at Oahu cruise port. Pick up and drop off right at the pier. Reserve rent and pay through the website or app. No time wasted going to the airport or other location to get or return vehicle. Highly recommend Go Vibe for cruise ship passengers.

First time using Ace car rental and GoVibe to be honest. I would not recommend to anyone. Instead of notifying us they gave our car away in advance, they said we had to pay a $10 a day upgrade to the next car they had. Which wasn't our fault, then they wanted cash for the upgrade. Never heard of that as I rent cars all the time for travel. So my experience with them was not great. Hey but everyone got to make a dollor somewhere.

In one word: Excellent!!! From start to finish, Justin's service was exemplary. Less than 5 minutes after I made the reservation, he called me to verbally confirm the information, and asked if I had any questions. I elected to pay the additional fee to have the car delivered to the Pier, to save time and worry about finding the pick up location. It worked!! Justin called me 15 minutes before the meeting time, confirmed the location, and my husband and I were on our way at 0905.... At the end of our day, Justin met us and drove us the short distance back to the Pier. He has my strongest recommendation, and we'll definitely use his services again when next in Honolulu.

I've rented cars for years and this experience in Honolulu was the best of all! We were picked up right on time at the cruise port by Justin who was very friendly, went over the operation of the car (convertible) and got us on our way. Our car was great being very clean and in good order. We came back earlier than expected and Justin graciously met us and returned us to the cruise port. I can't say enough great things about Go-Vibe. I would most certainly book with them again!

Brilliant service, no queuing at the airport forever. We had our car dropped off at the hotel and then they picked it up when we were finished. We rented a small-mid SUV, they didn't have one left so Go Vibe asked if a Maserati would be okay, fantastic. Great service from Justin, really good communication. I had originally booked a 4door sedan last minute and was really surprised on the price we were given as all the other major companies were charging at least double! Upon our arrival, we were expecting a sedan but was surprised lot see a Porsche suv. I thought he was just picking us up to drive us to the car lot and pick up the sedan. Apparently, the sedan was no longer available and we ended up taking the Porsche with no change to the cost. Justin our driver was very professional and accommodating. He went as far as providing complimentary water bottles and shell leis for all of us since we arrived in Hawaii! He gave me the keys after dropping him off at location and it was off to our vacation in a Porsche. I admit I was very nervous about receiving the vehicle but soon warmed up to it as it was very luxurious. I babies the car and just enjoyed cruising it around the island. Upon return of vehicle, I filled the gas tank and Justin met with us at designated location. He remained courteous and professional to the end and I highly recommend him and the GoVibe service as it was effortless, stress free, and affordable! Will definitely give them a call again as I will be returning to the islands in the near future.
