The staff couldn't have been more polite, friendly AND helpful. We got a 5.0L V8 convertible Mustang in LIME GREEN and it was the best drive around the Island. We accidentally took the registration home with us! So when I returned it and asked if we owed them penalty for our mistake, they apologised for the inconvenience! It was MY mistake. Seriously, 10/10 service and kindness. GO HERE!

5 stars for service. I delt with Melanie and Jill , both are courteous and professional. These guys were really under the pump every time I went into their booth. Enterprise needs to provide more support for these guys. Get there early! Open at 6 am close at 3 pm.

Nice guy, although we got told we are getting a certain type of car that was guaranteed , when we got there they had ordered a completely different car and said they cannot do anything about it. I don t understand why we got told that we are going to get a particular car and then get a completely different car. Would not recommend.

They offer speciality cars (Wrangler/ Mustang). The service is great and the staff is friendly and competent. They will answer all questions. The prices are transparent and funding/ re-funding is handled immediately. The cars are clean. It is really a great offer there. It is located on the 2nd floor inside of the Marriot complex. Easy to access. The entry is located few ft. right from Marriot main entry and then up the ramp on the right side.

Very friendly in Honulullu, cars not as well cleaned as we know in Germany but still great. Recommended, booking online will make everything much quicker on site. It is particularly worth mentioning that the car can also be returned after work without any problems.

We wanted to explore the island and thought we would walk over with our two kids and hire a car. The manager was absolutely lovely and helped us find a van at the last minute. We had a huge,comfortable, economical van with all the features we needed. We were able to sightsee all our attractions that we had planned and go to all the beaches that my kids wanted to see. Returning the car was a breeze. Really appreciate all your help! I think the managers name was Hayley, if I have the name wrong then please pass it on to the lovely lady who was working in the morning of Sunday 26th jan. thank you thank you we had such a fabolous day and highly recommend this location to all !

I have rented here numerous times and the staff has been great. Tania is an excellent manager and is exceptional with customers. The cars are clean and I never waited more than 15 minutes with multiple people ahead of me. The after hours car return is very convenient.

The office is located inside the Marriot hotel. Fast and friendly service, booked a compact car through Expedia. Got a free upgrade for a Mazda RX-5 Miata Convertible. You can return the car at night which is a great option. Got the return confirmation the next morning.
