Enterprise rental experience in Honolulu Airport was great! Easy online check in, picked a car in the lot and drove off. The return was simple too. Drove into the parking structure was met by a representative and caught my flight. Definitely recommend!

Amazing experience at this location! It was my first trip to the island, based on some recent poor experiences at Enterprise, on the mainland, I was a bit skeptical of the service we would receive here. Honestly, this was Enterprises' last chance in my mind. ANGELA was absolutely amazing. She helped secure my wife and I as Enterprise customers. The level of effort, care, and commitment she put in to remedy my frustrations, despite it not being a problem with this location, was beyond my expectations. She got us into an amazing car and even let us change into that amazing car at the last second! (we had already chosen another and saw the one we wanted on the way out) When she found out we wanted another car, she willingly went and got the approval, parked our first car, and brought us the new one. ANGELA is the definition of outstanding customer service. Enterprise should be honored she chose to apply there! Her customer service is a rare thing nowadays, and it should be valued. Enterprise always takes good care of me, whether the rental is personal or business. The employees are always friendly and efficient, even when dealing with difficult customers. I do sometimes wonder... when they know they have a higher volume of rentals coming in at a certain time... why don't they have more than one employee at the check-in counter? Other than that, a great company.

Reserved a mini van online and check in at Oahu Airport was a breeze. Friendly and helpful staff who answered our questions even if they weren't related to car rental. We were told to choose the minivan of our choice (they had about 7) which gave us more control as to what vehicle we wanted to drive. Rental return was just as quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with Enterprise. This was my first time renting a car in Honolulu but have used them elsewhere with the same great experience. Customer service and quality of cars is amazing. Price is also very reasonable. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

This was my second experience using Enterprise while vacationing on the island, and I can't recommend them highly enough! The customer service is friendly and exceptional, with a delightful sense of humor that made the process enjoyable. The service at the counter was quick and efficient, and a nice perk is that if you're traveling with a partner, you can be added as a driver for free! However, I did encounter a minor issue this time. Upon getting into the car, I discovered that the entire passenger seat was wet, which was quite uncomfortable. Thankfully, the attendant was very apologetic and promptly offered us an upgrade to a full-size vehicle, which was a nice gesture. Despite the inconvenience, my overall experience with Enterprise was positive, and I appreciate their attentive customer service. I look forward to using them again on my next trip!

We love renting from Enterprise Rent-A-Car whenever we go traveling. Our recent visit on oahu led us to the Daniel K Inouye Enterprise airport location and was welcomed by one of the most beautiful and kind Mangers Brenda T. with amazing service from start to finish. We originally rented a van but at the last minute i asked to upgrade to a Suv preferably a tahoe so we could have space but instead she had upgraded us to a top of the line luxury Cadillac vehicle fully loaded with leather seats for about the same price as the van. We were so excited to be driving our first rented luxurious suv so comfortable, tons of space, and most of all safety. This was by far the best service we've experienced that made our trip so memorable and to top it off she took the time to escort my family and I to the vehicle pick area to retrieve our suv. Now thats what you call aloha...going above and beyond to meet the needs of your customers. It been a pleasure and honor until next time.
