Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Honolulu

Great location. We had reserved ahead of time and it worked great. We checked in the night before the rental and were able to do most of the paperwork and skip the process the next morning! Employees were very helpful. The office is right next to the ABC store. The car was really nice and clean.

I'd rented a car with child seat for two days from Enterprise Rent-A-Car for our trip on Oahu. From the initial process of reserving the car with their online app, counter services to picked up, and returned was easy and a pleasant experience. It was top notch and I appreciate their easy cancellation policy. Thank you Enterprise, our go to rent-a-car service. Keep up the great work!

It is impossible to get ahold of anyone at this branch! I emailed with absolutely no response. I called for days.. was never able to speak to anyone on the phone. There is not a direct number to call. You have to call the Enterprise number and say which branch you want transferred to. You are on hold until the line disconnects. The branch is only open until noon which is very inconvenient. The reason I was trying to get a hold of them was because we rented 2 cars and requested one with a car seat. We had several family members sharing the 2 cars. When our family members picked up the cars they didn't realize there was no car seat in either car. There was no car seat. By the time the parents that needed the car seat realized there was no car seat the branch had closed. We tried to call and we never did get an answer. So no car seat for the baby the whole time. We couldn't get back to get the car seat since they closed at noon and we had activities already booked. And when we returned the car they asked where the car seat was since it showed we had rented one. After we returned the cars we realized someone had left something in one of them. I tried again for days the rest of our trip to get a hold of someone and could not. We ended up walking to the branch from our hotel the last day to get the left item. Yes I realize it was our fault we left something. But it is very frustrating when you can't even speak to someone to let them know to look for the item and so we could make arrangements to come get it. And to spend a couple hours trying to get a hold of someone. Not being able to contact anyone is just unacceptable for any business. That was our experience. I believe it would have been a lot better if we had been able to contact and communicate with someone there. And if they would have been open past noon.

I have never had any issues with Renting a car from Enterprise Rent A Car and the Hilton Hawaiian Village Location did a great job. They went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I had an outstanding experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Waikiki! From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the speed of service. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase additional insurance, which was a relief. The vehicles were conveniently located on the fifth level of a parking garage, making it easy to access. Returning the vehicle was just as effortless. Despite it being after hours, we were able to drop off the vehicle at the same location with no attendant present. The key drop box made the process seamless. Moreover, the van we rented was exceptionally clean and felt brand new. It's evident that Enterprise takes great care in maintaining their fleet. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience. The combination of efficient service, lack of pressure, and the cleanliness of the vehicle truly made our rental experience a breeze. I would highly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Waikiki to anyone in need of reliable transportation during their stay.

Henry did a fantastic job with our car rental. He went out of his way to help us get our rental car from the garage after the power went out. He was truly a wonderful young man and it was a great experience. The process was quick and painless and this location will be our first choice if we make it back to Waikiki.

This location was great! Loved renting a car on day 2 of our trip and day 5. They made it easy and fast. I always have a great experience with Enterprise. Loved the easy overnight key drop off. I even forgot my portable charger in the car on the first rental. They call me the next day, and I picked it back up on my next visit 3 days later. I will be using this location again.
