Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Honolulu

Breanna and Charlie took great care of us! Rented a minivan for one day with friends and it was such an easy experience that my fiancee and I then rented a Mazda Miata just for ourselves. Super quick pick up and return. The unlimited mileage was a nice worry reducer too. Thank you!

The people who helped during this rental were very nice. The car was clean and well maintained as always. Overall a pleasant experience at the Ala Moana location.

Location was super close to the hotel we were staying at and Brian Datuin was super professional and friendly! Was only able to give 4 stars as there was some miscommunication as to when I could drop the car back off and had to call a few times to get this sorted and invoice updated. Would I rent from this location again? Definitely! I know people have complained about the lineups and the wait, which can be improved, but keep in mind this is a busy location with tourists (such as myself) wanting to get their trip started! *MAKE SURE TO TAKE PICTURES OF THE CAR* - when picking up the car, did a walk around with a staff member and notated some scratches on the front driver side bumper and she said I should take pictures of the damage, which I'm glad I did as I was asked about it when dropping off the car.

I rented from here on 3 separate occasions over the course of a week. Every time the service was spot on, with friendly people at the check-in and pick-up/drop-off point. I was staying in the Hilton Hawaiian village but found this location to be cheaper and more availability, worth it for a 5 min walk. Whilst they don't have an after hours drop, the carpark you pick up from has an all-hours parking attendant and for $15 cash (no card) you can park the car right next to the enterprise drop-off and return it the next morning (enterprise rentals are good for 24 hours, drop opens at 7:30am). You could also park in the harbor near the Hilton for $1 an hour, but it always seemed full, we definitely didn't want to park at Hilton for the $65 a night! Would use this location again if we go back.

You can't go wrong with enterprise whenever and wherever you wanna rent a car. I've been using their service for more than 5 years and it's always been amazing, and there's no exceptions for this trip in Hawaii Oahu. I booked our car through Costco travel because they carry this company and it's cheaper than the price on enterprise's own website. We got our car very fast. There's no super long lineups, no unfriendly careless receptionist, no aggressive sales techniques. Everything is simple and easy. The car itself is amazing as well. We rent a Altima Nissan this time, the interior is supper clean and smells fresh. 13k+ km mileage, breaks and everything works fine, Apple CarPlay, basically you've got everything you need. I'll totally recommend you guys go get your rental cars here for its cost-effectiveness and safety reasons, because you don't want to ruin your trip by any bad driving experience.

Two individual rentals during my stay Staff were friendly and gave me a choice of 2-3 cars that matched my booking. On both occasions I found a decent sized queue and had to wait approx 30-45mins to get seen and get the car First car (Camaro) was great, well cleaned and in good condition Second car (Mustang) was not as clean. When I wiped the steering wheel and console it seemed as if little or no cleaning had been done previously. Also found a fault on convertible roof. On both occasions the staff tried to charge an additional fuel charge of approx $10 - when I queried it (as I'd filled the car up and drove to the rental garage) they immediately removed the charge.

Long time Enterprise customer for personal renting and for film shoots. We even purchased our last vehicle from them. This location takes the cake in terms of customer service. Like most of the island, you get what you give. Respect these people and show them kindness and they will do the same in return. They open their doors promptly at the time listed, form a line outside but please don't stand there complaining about "I see someone inside, why aren't they helping us?" We stopped by the day before our rental to request an earlier pickup time which was no problem at all... arrived the next morning and had vehicle of our choice and was out of there in 35 minutes total. We loved the Jeep Wrangler for driving up the coast to Haleiwa and through the botanical garden. After seeing how east the top is removed and stowed in the trunk, we want to buy one! It was also great on gas mileage we took it to Haleiwa, down to botanical garden and back and topped it off with $25 before returning... not bad All in all, the ease of this rental made our trip to the coast a memory we'll never forget. The staff at this location are fantastic! I travel a whole lot for work and open properties all over the country. For that reason I'm always getting different state licenses when I'm working on projects. The lady at the counter was able to quickly update my information to my newest license to ensure I got my National points. I was renting for business and the staff gave me a complimentary upgrade to a Ford Mustang convertible. After my meeting decided to go out and enjoy the Island!
