I've used enterprise over the years in a few different cities and this location is probably the best. Friendly service, fair pricing, received the car I requested on short notice, and location is centrally located.

Although some of the reviews of this location are quite negative, my experience was great. They sent me an email a few days before my reservation with clear directions (and it is well marked and easy to find). There was no wait (at 9:45am), and the rental process took maybe 5 minutes. The car was easy to find, and the after hours drop off directions provided (a printed set of steps) was straightforward and clear. Overall, I was very happy with this location and service and will use this location again next time I'm in Waikiki.

Don't usually review stuff but car rental places usually only get bad reviews and this place deserves a good one. However, this was my best car rental experience ever. The woman at the counter was extremely friendly, offered recommendations on where to go in oahu and placed zero pressure on us to purchase any optional services. Picking up and dropping off the car is extremely easy though the parking lot spots are tight, but that's not really enterprise's fault. Competitive pricing as well with free overnight parking in Waikiki where it can be $40 a night for parking. Super new cars too

Stopped in to ask a question, and Calli took great care of me even though I did not rent from her location. She went above and beyond to make sure I knew everything.

We came into this location without a reservation last Saturday and met this young lady and the rest of her teammates (sorry i forget your name, computer on the left) at the counter which helped us. Professional, very friendly, overall went completely above and beyond. Just wanted to say thanks for making our trip amazing. As a group of ex-ERAC managers we were very impressed by all aspects of the service. Side note to the area manager which looks over this location. Your group of young staff members here are amazing, treat them well and help them grow. We all saw great potential in her and her mates. Mahalo to you all.
