A big shoutout to Cole and his team at the Kapiolani branch! My rental from the Aiea branch broke down due to a dead battery, and Cole went above and beyond to help. He offered several solutions for getting my rental replaced. After having AAA jump the car, I dropped it off at the Kapiolani branch, where they quickly swapped it for another vehicle. You really saved the day--thank you for your excellent service!

Enterprise rent-A-Car what is an excellent experience. Very easy check in and very easy to return. They gave me a courtesy shuttle back to my house as I had no transportation. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. Katie sent me a text asking if there was anything they could do for me or if I had any questions.
Vehicles are clean and ready when i got there. Staff is pleasant and knowledgeable on vehicles available. They also have pick up and drop off before and after your rental which is GREAT.
Excellent location within walking distance of my hotel. Save on the airport fees by renting a car in town. Reasonable rate. Friendly, helpful staff. Reservation was in order and no problems. Very good vehicle that got excellent gas mileage. Will rent again from this location in the future.
After checking in then you take an elevator upstairs but no one was there to greet us so we weren't really sure where to go and none of the workers acknowledged us until I asked another customer who to talk to. It ended up taking over 30 minutes between the time I arrived at the front desk to when I was actually able to drive away. My vehicle was also given with only 1/4 tank of gas, they did warn me of this before I agreed to drive it but it was still annoying. The positives are that the car didn't have any issues and the workers were all very friendly once I actually got helped
I love Enterprise! They always have what I want... I think my 12 year old son gonna be stoked to sit in the front with me. When the skies clear up, we can open the top... thanks Enterprise!..
