Buen coche, impecable, pero al recogerlo le faltaba 1/4 de deposito cuando se supone que estaba lleno, yo lo entregue repostado completamente sin ningun beneficio a mi favor, y me dijeron que no podian hacer nada.

I had to complain so that they would give me the type of rented car, they had given me a lower range one and on top of that I had to wait in line for an hour and a half to get it changed, when I had already made the contract and everything. It seems very bad to me that if of the 10 days of rental I go to the French Basque Country for 1 day, they will charge us 120 for crossing the border, so I thank whoever assisted us for letting us know so as not to do it. The parking lot to return the car was extremely small, there were no free spaces and I had to leave it in a double row, a disaster, there was no one to attend or indicate if it was okay that way. Its been 5 days and they still havent returned my deposit, a shame

Vehicle rental on 09/02/2024. Deplorable welcome!!! No one at the counter. She charged us 135 more for an assistant that we hadnt asked for!!! A scam!!!! We asked her to explain to us in French and Spanish, but she didnt know what she was talking about, it was more of a forced sale....the 35 turned into 135 . The car itself is a real wreck, unworthy of a vehicle rental company. Return of the vehicle on 09/12/2024, with different staff but still just as unpleasant. The person doesnt know how to see the mileage, we had to show her, shes ashamed Although we are used to renting several times a year from Europcar, this will truly be the last time we go through this brand!

La voiture quand a elle est une veritable epave, indigne dune societe de location de vehicules. Restitution du vehicule le 12/09/2024, avec un personnel different mais toujours aussi desagreable . Le personne ne sait pas voir le kilometrage, il a fallu lui montrer, quelle honte Pourtant habitues a louer plusieurs fois par an chez Europcar, ca sera veritablement la derniere fois que nous passons par cette enseigne !

Terrible attention and management. Yesterday, August 30, we reserved a car for September 1, online. It said that they had to confirm the request for the reservation to be completed. Day 31, the day before the trip at noon and we had not received any confirmation, I called EuropCar customer service and they told me that they would confirm the request during the day. 7:30 p.m. and nothing... I call and they tell me that they are going to contact the Hondarribi office and that they cannot contact them and that tomorrow morning they will not be able to either so they cancel my reservation 2 p.m. before the trip... obviously I will never rent with them again since they do not convey any trust. They leave you stranded at the first opportunity. Very bad service.

Dia 31, dia antes del viaje al mediodia y no habiamos recibido ninguna confirmacion, llame a atencion al cliente de EuropCar y me dicen que durante el dia me confirmaran la solicitud. 19.30 de la tarde y nada llamo y me dicen que se van a poner en contacto con la oficina de Hondarribi y que no consiguen contactar con ellos y que manana por la manana tampoco podran asique me cancelan la reserva a 14 horas del viaje obviamente nunca mas alquilare con ellos ya que no transmiten ninguna confianza. Te dejan tirada a la primera de cambio. Muy mal servicio.
