With the intention of providing a better and more personalized service, we drop off and pick up your rental car from the comfort of your Hotel or villa in Carvoeiro, Gale and surroundings. We have friends, not clients!

Highly professional car rental service. We rented a car for 12 day. The communication wa excellent. Car was delivered to and collected from our address. On the delivery day they kindly gave us all information offering services like insurance tag for motorway toll for very affordable price. We visited the Algarve & rented a small car from ARC for a week in mid December. I travel a lot and often hire cars, this was without a doubt the most pleasant rental experience I've ever had. I made one phone call, got a quote, and arranged for the car to be dropped off to my hotel the following morning. The next morning, Anna & her colleague arrived punctually with a brand new Fiat Panda. The paperwork was handled quickly, with everything explained clearly in perfect English. I was asked at every stage if I had understood or had any questions. The keys were then handed over, with the whole process taking about ten minutes. The collection was a reverse process of the above, and equally professional. I took the extra insurance to limit my excess liability to EUR100, but wasn't subjected to any hard sell. Paula was fantastic, very friendly. Paula was also early dropping car off, and also early picking car up. She provided a professional and helpful service. Car was great too. Will be using next year when we come for my daughters wedding. Thanks regards Scott and Tracey.
