In our case, no additional charges. It is worth paying an extra EUR 10 to completely eliminate your own contribution and have peace of mind and not have to worry about reporting every scratch. The cars were completely new, one unfortunately had an indication of an engine failure. Other than that, ok.
Good company for car hire. Clean vehicles and great service. Reasonable prices and a range of vehicles to suit most people. English well spoken if your Spanish is not so good. Recommended
Scam company. Pretend that you have a car crash and fine you for 300 euro. Avoid them!

This is a fraud company. Last month I was on vacation at Tenerife and I rented a car from this company for 2 days. When I got home from the vacation, this company contacted me and claimed that I had damaged the ground floor of the car. This was unexpected because I only drove nicely, so I asked for pictures of this damage, but they never send any. They took 300PS from me and didn't have any evidence that this had ever happened. Don't trust this company and rent your car elsewhere!
