A very good service and Simon was the friendliest person we had to deal with on our holiday and he speaks really good English. (we are Scottish) The car was a Skoda Fabia, not brand new but really good - it ran really well and most importantly, the air-condition worked great as it was between 26-32C outside when we were in town. I will definitely call 'Valge' again when we are on holiday in this region.

Very easy, They have English speaking people there. No deposit because I had insurance for the car included in the rent price. Could drive unlimited within Spain. All was fine, and no trouble for 4 days I had an rented car from them.

In September 2018 we rented a Skoda Fabia, including "full cover", in Guardamar del Segura, (Alicante) for 9 days. The owner of the garage, Simon, was very nice. He even brought the car to our hotel. He was also very punctual. The car was clean and he explained everything to us. In the end he picked up the car at our hotel. That was a great service and we are happy to recommend him. En septiembre de 2018 alquilamos un Skoda Fabia, con cobertura total, en Guardamar del Segura, (Alicante), por 9 dias. El dueno del garaje, Simon, fue muy amable. Incluso trajo el coche a nuestro hotel. Tambien era muy puntual. El coche estaba limpio, y nos explico todo en detalle. Al final volvio a recoger el coche en nuestro hotel. Ese fue un gran servicio y estamos muy contentos de recomendarlo a otros. Wir hatten im September 2018, fur 9 Tage, einen Skoda Fabia, inklusive ,,volle Deckung", in Guardamar del Segura, (Alicante) gemietet. Der Besitzer der Garage, Simon, war sehr nett. Er hat uns das Auto sogar in das Hotel gebracht. Er war auch sehr punktlich. Das Auto war sauber gereinigt und er hat uns alles genau erklart. Am Ende hat er das Auto wieder bei uns im Hotel abgeholt. Das war ein super Service und wir konnen ihn sehr gerne weiter empfehlen.

We have never had to use it but it gives a nice feeling. You can leave your car at the airport on the day of departure, which is an ideal option!

This car rental is the best I have ever experienced. We booked a car with child seats for 1 day. We made the booking the day before in the evening. Within 1 hour we received a WhatsApp confirmation. They also wrote that the desired delivery time was not possible and that they could bring the car either earlier or later, so they offered 2 alternatives. We wrote English very well and always replied quickly and very friendly. The car was parked right in front of the hotel on time and the correct child seats were installed. So we were able to get the car when we were ready. We returned a little later than agreed in the evening. We wrote a WhatsApp and this wasnt a problem at all. We only had to sign the contract when we returned it. The whole process was very uncomplicated. I can highly recommend it to everyone.

Zudem schrieben sie, dass die gewunschte bringzeit nicht moglich sei, und sie das auto entweder fruher oder spater bringen konnen, haben also 2 alternativen angeboten. Haben sehr gut englisch geschrieben und immer schnell und sehr freundlich geantwortet. Das auto war punktlich direkt vor dem hotel parkiert und die richtigen kindersitze montiert. So konnten wir das auto holen, als wir bereit waren. Wir waren dann etwas spater als abgemacht am abend zuruck. Haben ein whatsapp geschrieben und dies war dann ebenfalls uberhaupt kein problem. Vertrag mussten wir erst bei der ruckgabe unterschreiben. Die ganze abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert. Kann ich jedem sehr empfehlen.
