Great service all around.
Bad bad experience, I made my online reservation since months ago and I was happy with the price that I was going to pay. When I get to the office to pick up my car the lady a the front want it to charge me A lot money extra because they didn't have the car that I was booked already. They didn't even send me a email notice me about this situation. I'm very unhappy with this situation and service PLEASE SUPERVISOR AND MANAGERS I HOPE YOU GUYS CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. The customer service is everything ok your business.
Got to be honest, I didn't think that this was going to be a good experience, but it turned out to be the best choice. Even with insurance the prices were quite low and we were helped insanely well at the rental place. They even upgraded our rental car for free because the tinier one we had reserved wasn't available at that time. I would definitely recommend Sixt Guadalajara
This place didn't want to rent to me. Not sure if if it's because I'm American or what but I'm not sure but treating me really bad not recommended!! And yes I had all my info I had my drivers licenses I had my passport even the deposit they asked for and the front desk clerk girl acting real stupid!! You guys are horrible business!!!!

DONT TRUST SIXT. I travel often to Guadalajara and rent cars every visit, never did I have a bad experience with any rental location. This last trip my credit card information was stolen from Sixt, I had paid off my car rental days before the arrival but at check in they required me to place a credit card for the high security deposit. I swiped my card and hours later my credit card company was calling me about fraudulent activity. A plane tickets was purchased with my stolen information plus other items , and I know it was this specific location because I didn't use my card for any other transaction. I was too afraid to confront the men how checked me in and checked me out, if they were willing to steal my information how knows what else there willing to do.... I would never recommend this location to anyone. I hope Sixt customer service reads this.
They said one price, I agreed. Once I returned the car it was almost three thousand pesos more...
Does anyone ever rate car rental places in Mexico with anything other than one star? They all change the prices once you get there, and then tell you about obligatory insurance that doubles or triples the price. Why not here? I don't know. But they are upfront about their pricing, no surprises when you get there. We needed to return our rental car earlier than they open, and they not only sent someone to open the office really early just for us, but had a supervisor there as back up in case something went wrong. They answered the phone when I called, and they confirmed everything via text a few hours before the flight, and sent us a picture of the shuttle that would be picking us up at the airport. I normally plan for at least 1.5 hrs to go through the rental process in Mexico, and this took about 15 easy minutes. I cannot recommend them enough, especially if you are a novice traveler (because the rest of the companies will make you regret choosing them). And if you are renting, I recommendv using a credit card that covers your CDW to make it even cheaper. There was coffee available, but I didn't have any. You're on your own there.
