This company has the risk for your credit card, someone leaked my credit card information and I have been stolen 2,928 pesos from my credit card after I signed the contract to authorize them to hold my account, there are several unknown on line transactions happened secretly, luckily I found it and called the bank to report and get them back, but never ever do it again!!!!!!!!
Good rental option, they were open to improve the rate of the other companies and give me an upgrade for being a Emerald member!
Horrible service, been renting cars with entrepise for years and this location has been the worst. I would encounter such terrible service. Reserved my car with 5 months in advance, requested mini van or similar vehicle for six poople minimum, i called multiple times to confirm that my car was going to be available and at the last minute they offer me a car for 5 people because the car that i requested was not available. They don't honor contracts, going to have to start renting elsewhere, They suck
This was my first time using National. We had such a great experience from the moment we got in the shuttle van. The driver was so quick and very nice! When we got to the counter we were helped/supported by ALAN who went above and beyond. Rented a Tahoe for 2.5weeks and had questions throughout and called a few time and spoke with Alan. Dropped off the car and it was so quick and fast. We happily got our same shuttle driver who was the best. Alan don't lose your imported pen! We will surely see you guys next July!

Reserved my car with 2 months in advance, requested a baby carseat, they don't have one available, then tried to charge it separately, even though I showed them my cost included it with the rental. They don't honor contracts, going to have to start renting elsewhere, sucks because last time we rented was in Costa Rica and it was amazing customer service.
Terrible rental company. I was aware a third party insurance is required. I did some research online and contacted customer service so I had an idea of how much I would have to pay for the required insurance. When we arrived we were told it was going to be an additional $90 USD a day. We ended up finding a better deal at a nearby company. I recommend renting from another company that does not have any hidden fees.
National and enterprise Rent-A-Car at the Guadalajara airport are fantastic! We have been renting a car there for six weeks and just picked up a new one for another two weeks. We live here in Chapala And are getting our car fixed and we don't know how long that takes. So every two weeks we renew and get a new car. Agent, Alejandra Trujillo, and customer service agent Victor Garcia are absolutely wonderful! We have had nightmare experiences at other Guadalajara airport, car rental agencies, but at enterprise national everybody is wonderful and their spirits are uplifting. It makes you feel good to rent a car there. Highly recommended!
