Worst experience EVER! The guy who check the car doesn't have anything wrong STOLE!! Yes stole my wallet, sunglasses, cellphone,I notified the manager and she just said ups! Sorry!!! That Rental have the worst people working there!!!

Awful! Never ever go here. They practically kept lying to me for almost a week that my reservation that I made in person(!) at the office with a manager(!) was ok. And in the end they admitted that they failed to find a car. I relied on them, booked hotels for my trip. Also price was really high + deposit was equal to price + some extra. So be ready to pay 2X+ in advance.

Best Service ever. But you need to take road side assistance. Highly recommended. We have a rental car from CDMX and our mirrors got stolen in Guadalajara.They gave us during the time of the repair an exchange vehicle. A week after that we've had an accident, not our fault, and they gave us a vehicle to return to CDMX.

They tried to add almost 10,000 peso for mandatory insurance. I talked them done from the other 15,000 pesos for a 15 day rental. I called the corporate National Office and they said it as a scam. Philipe was the persons name. Stay away.

I will never Rent here again, they did not have the cars I reserved they ended giving us a lower category vehicle than the one we reserved at the same price. They preferred to loose two customers than to work with us. I do not recommend this place.
