Me quede sin mi coche por una averia un Viernes por la tarde con salida prevista de vacaciones el Domingo. Quiero destacar que hacia mucho tiempo no encontraba una persona tan entregada a su trabajo y que le ponga esa pasion que te hace las cosas faciles y que el problema quede en una tonteria .Esa persona es Ismael , me cogio el telefono pasadas las 19:00h del Viernes ya en su casa , para facilitarme un coche con recogida al dia siguiente . El Domingo , supongo que librando , se tomo la molestia de preguntarme que tal el coche por si necesitaba algo . Trato al cliente de calidad e inmejorable . Gracias Ismael que sigas tomandote tu trabajo asi , grandisimo profesional . El coche una maravilla , practicamente nuevo , limpisimo y nos ha hecho disfrutar de nuestras vacaciones mejor incluso que el nuestro . Sin duda el mejor sitio de Guadalajara para alquilar un coche , me harte de preguntar y de realizar una criba exhaustiva .Os lo garantizo ! I was left without my car due to a breakdown on a Friday afternoon with a scheduled vacation departure on Sunday. I want to emphasize that it has been a long time since I found a person so dedicated to his work and who puts that passion into it that makes things easy for you and the problem remains a nonsense. That person is Ismael, he picked up my phone after 7:00 p.m. on Friday already at his house, to provide me with a car with pick-up the next day. On Sunday, I suppose he was free, he took the trouble to ask me how the car was in case I needed anything. Quality and unbeatable customer service. Thank you Ismael for continuing to take your job like this, great professional. The car was wonderful, practically new, very clean and made us enjoy our vacation even better than ours. Without a doubt the best place in Guadalajara to rent a car, I got tired of asking and doing an exhaustive screening. I guarantee it! And the best and most economical price is also important! If you need to rent, don't hesitate!
Todo un acierto alquilar coche en Guadarent, nos entregaron un un Opel Mokka muy limpio, muy nuevo y con muy buen equipamiento, las gestiones para la recogida ademas fueron muy rapidas. Mencion especial a Ismael, un crack!. Se porto de forma excelente con nosotros y nos explico todos los detalles y peculiaridades del coche, sin duda si volvemos a Guadalajara en otra ocasion repetiremos con vosotros.
It was a great success to rent a car in Guadarent, they gave us a very clean Opel Mokka, very new and with very good equipment, the arrangements for the pick-up were also very fast.
