Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Guadalajara

The guy who help us was very friendly got us a vehicle fast. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely used them again in my next visit to Guadalajara.

If i could i would leave 0 STARS! DO NOT RENT WITH ENTERPRISE. They are expensive and they charged us a sky high fee for a car accident that wasn't even our fault, when we know the quote for fixing the problem wouldn't even cost that much. Help yourself and look somewhere else to rent.

They push me to add insurance and others charges. From $ 270 original price up to 441. Never again.

When I went to pick my car. Because I didn't want to buy an insurance they wanted 10k in dollars for a deposit. They ended up taking 5k dollars not pesos. They were not too nice. They also asked for a water bill. I don't live in Mexico so i didn't have one. I finally Said if you don't want to honor my reservation just refund my deposit so i can go so.ewhere else. which they said they couldn't do. They finally gave ne my car.

For the past 7 months we've been renting a car at enterprise, Guadalajara being on a long business trip. Always have clean cars in good condition in various locations. Extra thanks to Bianca Borboleta for excellent customer service as she is always very helpful and quick to respond to any requests from our side. No matter if our company couldn't book a car for the weekend or we didn't have the right corporate account she always finds a way to solve the issue. Thank you for such positive experience! Highly recommend!

We have been renting a car here for 7 months since our first stay in Mexico and thanks to Enterprise we have visited many interesting places here, from the ocean to the volcano, from the sea to the canyon! Excellent service, clean and cool cars, and responsive team, special thanks to employee Bian Borboleta for her excellent work! Muchas Gracias!

Everything went ok, until the moment we returned the car. The salesman (Andres) blatantly lied to us about the prepaid gas. We were told very clearly, that we are paying 800 pesos for the prepaid tank, but got charged 1081 on the return. First time in my life I got a prepaid tank, because of this offer. We had to argue with another agent while returning the car, who could not do anything about it anymore. We had to pay that eventually, and didn't get any compensation. We also got promised a full tank, but in reality it was 91% (it was full bars, until after 5mins of driving it went to 9/10 bars). Enterprise has always had the best service in the US, but atleast this branch (& specifically this blatant liar agent) has ruined it for us in Mexico unfortunately.

If I could give zero stars I would! If it wasn't for luck, this place may not have had a car for us even if though it was booked and paid for already online! Terrible service and terrible phone customer service. Then we ended up paying nearly triple in-store due to the company's error. Honestly, I can't recommend Enterprise rentals at all for tourists.
