No les pongo menos porque no se puede, reservamos un carro por la pagina y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no habia disponible y no trataron de darnos ninguna solucion, lo unico que hizo la persona que nos atendio fue echarnos de la oficina. Pesimo servicio al cliente, por ninguna razon reserven carro ahi.
I don't give them less because it's not possible, we reserved a car through the website and when we arrived they told us that there was no one available and they didn't try to give us any solution, the only thing the person who helped us did was kick us out of the office. Terrible customer service, do not reserve a car there for any reason.

Returned a rental and Andres took care of me. After some of the reviews you might feel skeptical but Andres is the person to shut all those doubts out. He treated me like family as soon as I walked into his office. After walkthrough of car he explained process and released deposit 24 hour later. Enterprise will now be go to rental company in the US and in Mexico!!!! Booked with Expedia!
