Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Guadalajara

Rented with them after having a horrible experience with Hertz. Dealt with renting a car in person instead of having a reservation and had no issues. Went to enterprise inside the airport after Hertz tried to scam me with a ridiculous rate. Ramon and Fabiola and all the staff was super nice and professional. They helped me rent a nice, clean and semi new vehicle at a reasonable price. Forever thankful for their kind attention.

Do not rent from them. It's midnight and I had a reservation with Expedia and they said there is no vehicles available. I clearly called and I was told my vehicle was ready. It's so inconvenient to be at an airport in the middle of the night trying to figure out a rental car. They said there was no supervisor to speak to and redirected me to Expedia. Horrible service and no empathy to see w are a family with children. Avoid inconveniences and disappointments.
