Alquilamos una furgoneta 1 dia de 12 metros en Sevilla para dejarla en Guadalajara, tuvimos un cargo de un seguro de mas que no contratamos pero a la hora de dejar la furgoneta en la oficina de Guadalajara, Miguel Angel nos atendio super bien y nos hizo el reembolso, tanto de ese cargo como el de la fianza completa. Gracias!
We rented a 12 meter van for 1 day in Seville to leave it in Guadalajara, we had an extra insurance charge that we did not take out but when it came time to leave the van at the Guadalajara office, Miguel Angel took great care of us and gave us the refund of both that charge and the full deposit. Muy buen trato, me dieron el coche que alquile antes y me dieron uno de gama bastante superior, lo entregue fuera de horario de comercio y al dia siguiente me llamaron para decirme que estaba todo bien y ver como habia sido mi experiencia, francamente un 10
Very good treatment, they gave me the car I had rented before and they gave me one of a much higher range, I delivered it outside of business hours and the next day they called me to tell me that everything was fine and to see how my experience had been, frankly a 10
Dado que la puntuacion mas baja es una estrella, siento no poder tener la opcion de poder notar con 0 estrellas, incluso negativo. La falta de puntualidad, atencion al cliente y ausencia de seriedad de esta sucursal y por ende de la firma. Debi no hacer caso omiso de la cantidad de opiniones negativas. Ese fue mi unico error. Tras mas de 30 anos alquilando mas de un centenar de vehiculos este es sin duda no solo el peor sino inigualable.
Since the lowest rating is one star, I am sorry that I cannot have the option of being able to rate with 0 stars, even negative. The lack of punctuality, customer service and lack of seriousness of this branch and therefore of the firm. I should have not ignored the amount of negative opinions. That was my only mistake. After more than 30 years renting more than a hundred vehicles, this is without a doubt not only the worst but unmatched.
Oficina sin principios ni valores, no le interesa dar servicio al cliente, solo recaudar!! Tuve una averia con mi coche y mi seguro me tramito, con esta empresa el vehiculo de sustitucion, con mi seguro fantastico un 11, me reservaron el vehiculo .....He utilizado 2 dias el vehiculo y lo devolvi....limpio y con su deposito tal como me lo dieron....me recoge la llave otra persona, que no fue quien me lo entrego..me digo ya esta...que me quedara tranquila...ya se encargaba!! y por la tarde me llama esta persona, para decirme, que tenia que haberlo entregado a las 11hrs. Y no a las 13 HRS, que fue cuando lo recogi!! Asi que me cobran 1 dia mas de penalizacion... Es decir 3 dias y tambien cobran de mi seguro, otros 3 dias!! Que os parece??? Y solo disfrute 2 dias!!! Y me cobran a mi y a mi seguro, mi opinion, NO ALQUILAR AQUI!!! Sinverguenzas!!
Office without principles or values, not interested in providing customer service, only collecting!! I had a breakdown with my car and my insurance was processed, with this company the replacement vehicle, with my fantastic insurance an 11, they reserved the vehicle for me... I have used the vehicle for 2 days and I returned it... clean and with your deposit just as they gave it to me... someone else picks up the key, who was not the one who gave it to me... I tell myself that's it... I should rest assured... he'll take care of it!! and in the afternoon this person called me to tell me that I had to deliver it at 11am. And not at 13 HRS, which was when I picked him up!! So they charge me 1 more day of penalty... That is, 3 days and they also charge from my insurance, another 3 days!! What do you think??? And I only enjoyed 2 days!!! And they charge me and my insurance, my opinion, DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Scoundrels!!
