Hi Everyone, I strongly advise against renting a car from EasyGo. The cars are in poor condition, and the service is terrible. Last week, we rented a car from them, and it was handed over to us after just superficial cleaning. The car had engine problems, and all the tires were in bad condition. While traveling, one of the tires burst. To make matters worse, they didn't provide the necessary tools to change the spare tire. The owner insisted that we buy a new tire at an exorbitant price, claiming it was a special type. However, that type of tire wasn't available anywhere. We eventually purchased a new tire at an even higher price than what he had mentioned. When we asked him to cover part of the cost, he refused and gave excuses, claiming the tires he provided were new and such issues shouldn't have occurred. Please be cautious renting cars from EasyGo. New Update: EasyGo provided compensation for the incident and assured me it would not happen again. Sharing this for your reference and awareness.
