Alquilamos dos veces turismos y todo fue muy facil y muy amable. We rented cars twice and everything was very easy and very friendly. We had a problem with our own car, they opened the offices for us to wait to resolve it (wait for a tow truck) and they even advised us very well about that problem. Contrate con ellos una furgoneta para dos dias... y aunque en un primer momento me dieron una furgoneta que no estaba en optimas condiciones, les llame y me solventaron el problema con mucha rapidez y facilidad dandome otras opciones... me atendieron tanto en oficina como la persona que entrega el vehiculo con mucha amabilidad y rectificaron con mucha rapidez y atencion. Volvere a repetir si tengo que usar de nuevo este tipo de servicio.
I hired a van with them for two days... and although at first they gave me a van that was not in optimal condition, I called them and they solved the problem very quickly and easily, giving me other options... they took great care of me in office as the person who delivered the vehicle very kindly and rectified very quickly and attentively.
