Don't use!!!! Beware. October 2023. I don't do reviews but this needs to be done. My pick up was fine and was told if I wanted to take picture or video. This staff was real great. Upon completing my transaction on pick up, I noticed staff was having a hard time completing my Deposit and had to swipe my credit card multiple times. I even asked her if there was an issue. It eventually passed. She was so kind to tell me that next time call the number she gave me and also gave me her name (she said it would be cheaper). Now to returning the car, the car was cleared from their inspection but I was told that the deposit was not given to me because there was no transaction. Remind you this was about $3,000 USD. I told them I had paid it and I wasn't going to leave until I had my deposit returned. I showed them proof of the person even gave me her name and phone number. They "attempted" to call her but no answer. After back and forth and giving me attitude, they eventually "found it" and blamed their co-worker for doing it in a different way that they are not supposed to. Luckily I got my deposit cleared, BUT...... a month later when I was in my home country "my credit card was charged for multiple transactions in Mexico". I was informed by my credit card they stopped some airline ticket purchases and they would cancel my card and give me a new one. I can't prove it came from them but it's very weird that this happened after that. They lost my business. I'm still planning on finding a rental company that is transparent and with good work ethics. Let me know if ya recommend any in Guadalajara airport.

ATTENTION AVIOD!!! Only received half of my deposit they didn't keep their word they told me that I would receive my full deposit less than 24hr and never got my money.

They have low car inventory and the car they gave me was barely working. I needed a car so I had to take it, but it's the worse experience paying for a car with all sorts of problems, tires I had to inflate multiple times, non-working usb ports, a lot of damage everywhere. I called to change it and they said they did not have anything else available, no discount offered.

Don't book with them. I will not be booking with budget in GDL again. I paid almost $600 usd for an old suv that needed a lot of work. The back wiper didn't work and it rained the whole time. The key fob stopped working and I had to walk to the store to buy a new battery because they car wouldn't unlock without it. When I returned the car and told them about the major inconvenience all they did was smile. Overall annoying experience. You're better off booking Avis next door, I've used them before and it was better.

We have done a book in advance and declined any additional coverage. But the agent at the desk said they can not give a car without minimum coverage with an additional $15 USD. We do not want to pay an amount extra and left without service. Bad experience

Avoid this place!! I reserved and paid for a vehicle online weeks before hand but once I arrive the lady at the front desk told me I can't find your reservation, She tells me we can rent you a smaller car but it will be $800 more! What a joke I ended up getting a taxi instead

I travel often into guadalajara and I always come here. Jessica handles all my reservations and I've never had a problem. One time they forgot to take off the hold and she called me before I called them. Fast and friendly service all the time and will continue to come here!

Basically you pay what you get. The SUV was falling apart and dented. It seen someone hit it back still was able to open and close the trunk. Gas gadget was completely off. Door panels were falling off. The service was good. But they only have 2 computers and like 6 employees. Doesn't make sense. Environment was very clean. Next time I will just spend the extra money and get a luxury vehicle. We have great laughs of the car falling apart!
