Excelente servicio del agente muy amable y atento con una excelente disposicion para resolver dudas muchas felicidades a su agente Javier. EL vehiculo en excelentes condiciones, casi del ano (2023) con pocos kilometros y en condiciones optimas. Sin ninguna complicacion o "letras pequenas" al momento de la renta como en otras agencias, todo excelente 100% recomendado. Como recomendacion... contratar el seguro de proteccion total, se ahorran muchos problemas y el deposito requerido es mucho menor y cubre practicamente cualquier incidencia en la que no se infrinjan las leyes.

THE vehicle in excellent condition, almost from the year (2023) with few kilometers and in optimal conditions. Without any complications or "small prints" at the time of rental like in other agencies, everything is excellent, 100% recommended. As a recommendation... hire total protection insurance, you save a lot of problems and the deposit required is much lower and covers practically any incident in which the laws are not broken.

The experience of renting a car in Avis is pretty straightforward. Prices feel reasonable, and they seem to have promotions year round. What makes this specific location a 5-star (10-star if there was an option) is the service provided by the person attending. Aurelio went above and beyond to provide the best car rental experience I have ever experienced. He is extremely helpful, nice and provides top-notch customer service. I would certainly recommend this location to fulfill all your car rental needs.
While car rental agencies tend to get a bad rep, renting with Avis was a very positive experience. We arrived at the desk and had some issues with our cc but the employee (Aurelio) was incredibly kind and helpful, so it all worked out in the end. Good car, full tank and an easy drop off at the end.
Best experienced ever!! Wish I would've know of this awesome company on my last vacation trip to Guadalajara. They were on time on task and they did everything to meet my needs. They deliver your car to the hotel entrance. And they were flexible with my return time with out no extra fee. Really appreciate doing bussiness in this location. I highly recommended this place if you dont want no downtime, hidden fees, BS it's the place you're looking for!
