Me entregan un coche de sustitucion a traves de mi seguro por tres dias, hago uso de el dos dias, y antes de entregar lleno el deposito, me surge un contratiempo y lo uso unos 30 kilomentros mas, sin poder ir a llenarlo de nuevo por falta de tiempo, e imaginando que me cobrabran a lo mas...10EUR, cual es mi sorpresa que me retiran 28EUR diciendome que es el minimo que se cobra. Si lo se... No lleno el deposito, me siento enganada!!

Experiencia pesima nos dieron un coche que nos dejo tirados a la vuelta de las vacaciones no habia manera de arrancarlo como hubo que llamar a la grua no se pudo volver a llenar el deposito de combustible y cual no sera nuestra sorpresa que nos lo han cobrado a pesar de no poder usar el coche y tener que solicitar otro y dejarle el deposito lleno como hubo que avisar a la grua que se supone entra en el seguro del vehiculo tambien han cobrado la grua aparte osea que te cobran porcentaje por seguro y si lo usas te lo vuelven a cobrar no se puede ser mas sinverguenzas y mas piratas no lo recomiendo

Experiencia pesima y nada recomendable tanto por parte de sucursal de Guadalajara como de la conpania. Despues de haber realizado la reserva , haberla abonado y formalizado el check-in mediante su registro en QuickPass, a la hora de ir a recoger el vehiculo me comunica la persona que esta al cargo que no tienen vehiculo disponible, el vehiculo estaba reservado y pagado para cuatro dias. Le solicito la devolucion del dinero y poner una reclamacion por el servicio, lo cual me dirige a atencion al cliente. Llamo a atencion al cliente y el trato el recibido es con una actitud altiva y chulesca al reclamar la devolucion del dinero y solicitar interponer una reclamacion, se le recuerda que la grabacion esta siendo grabada e incluso amenaza con la NO DEVOLUCION del dinero, recalcando tambien que la reclamacion la debo poner en la oficina fisica en la cual me habian derivado al servicio de atencion al cliente. Quedando pendiente de la devolucion del dinero, NO recomiendo ni la empresa ni la sucursal de Guadalajara por falta de profesionalidad, atencion y respeto. Despues de haber realizado segunda llamada a atencion al cliente, esta vez con mejor trato recibido por parte del operador, manifiesta que la reclamacion se deberia haber puesto en la oficina no entiende por que no se facilito el formulario correspondiente al cliente, lo cual lo efectuare por medios correspondientes de atencion al consumidor. El problema del alquiler del vehiculo resuelto habiendolo alquilado en otra compania con un trato y servicio excelente,

Es la segunda vez que hemos alquilado una furgoneta en esta oficina. Como La primera vez fue todo perfecto no hemos dudado en volver a confiar en ellos y no nos han defraudado. Todo perfecto...
