Was pleasantly surprised by their honesty and professionalism. I stayed at Aloft Hotel close to this location. Initially didn't have any plan to rent a car in GDL after stopping by to talk to Aurelio I changed my mind and glad I did (highly recommend you get full coverage, but really it's stressfree and drive and visit other towns!). My car battery died during my trip when I contacted Avis thru Whatsapp (highly recommended for better communication if you don't speak Spanish well). They came to Chapala to exchange car. They also had discount for Aloft guests so make sure to ask if your hotel has one too.

I like that they have recent model cars and the way their employees treat customers is good. There are only several cars that are delivered to me dirty. :/ Update, I rented a car again from August 8 to 13 and first they gave me an MG which had defects, then they changed it for an Onix. Now I make a reservation again for 3 days and I am requesting an Onix but they tell me no. I dont want to have that bad experience again and I have never had a problem with onix. My most recent experience was with a cavalier the last weekend of October (Oct 27, 23), he made strange noises all the time...
