Absolute scam artists. Will charge you a fortune for additional insurance that doesn't cover anything. Lost a crappy hubcap because of ridiculous potholes and charged me another $200.

Very disappointed. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM THEY ADVERTISE VEHICLES THEY DO NOT HAVE BE WARE! I was picked up from the airport with another family that had reserved a vehicle also, on the way to the rental office I was asked by the driver what car did I reserved? I said an 15 passenger. I was told by the driver their 1 van was rented out and they only have an 8 passenger van. The other family in the car said we will take it, it was 9 of them. The driver continued to say but I can get you 2 cars!!!! How do 15 people fit in 2 cars? I made this reservation 3 months in advance through PRICELINE thinking it was a reputable company but to my surprise it is not. VERY SHADY BUSINESS

Very sketchy. The car they gave is horrible. The tires are bald. No windshield washer fluid. Tank wasn't full. Breaks squeal. The front passenger door won't clothes all the way. The headlights are so bad at night that you can't see the road. They quoted me a specific price and I paid in advance. Then they charged an addition $500 for insurance. Update: they brought us a different car and made things right. Luis was awesome. He went above and beyond to make things right. He even drove several hours to bring us the new car. Still annoyed that I was charged $600 for insurance. That's more 3x the price I paid for the car through priceline. They pressure you to give a good review. Was told I would get a good customer review if I updated my Google review. And Cristina made us do a review in front of her and made sure it was 5 stars before we could leave.

I booked a car rental here through Priceline, and although the power was off when I arrived, the staff was friendly and made sure to take care of everything for me. The AC stopped working after I picked up the car and I got a flat tire, but they made sure to handle the situation. Overall, the staff was friendly and I got a phone call directly from the manager to let me know everything would be taken care of. I will definitely be using them on my next trip to Mexico.

When we returned the car today I forgot my wallet in the car. We noticed my wallet was missing when I got notifications from my bank that my credit card was being used. I called right away and they claimed nothing was left in the car, luckily I took video of the car inside and out before leaving it and it shows that my wallet was there, my wallet was black. Uploading the image. I booked the vehicle online for $91 per week, when I picked it up they wanted $540 on top of what I already paid for their basic insurance package. Dishonest company. I don't recommend. Terrible experience overall! Will be pressing charges.

This place is trash. I had the worst experience and will not recommend or be a customer here again. I got a vehicle with so many problems, rented it for 17 days, and was only able to use it for about 7 days of the 17 days. I tried multiple times to get in contact with them, and they kept giving me the run around. Telling me each time that I called that they had no idea what I was talking about. Also, the online reservation is a scam, the quote cheap, and screw you with the insurance that is double the price of renting the car. They try to give you vehicle that are not what you reserved. They gave me a car with a bad battery and dirty as it can be and tried to charge me for cleaning it.
