We are so thankful we found this place! Jaime and the rest of the team were so friendly and honest. He explained their process thoroughly and made everything very easy for us. Very smooth and honest rental transaction. They don't harass you and sell you insurance coverage at ridiculous prices like all big brand car rental companies do. Without a doubt, Alpro is the best car rental company I have dealt with--in Mexico or the U.S. We have used them for several years for group trips. Great place to rent a car from we came from Chicago did an airport pick up. The price was as quoted we even came back late from our trip and they stayed open for us a half hour without charging extra
This was an awesome trip....rented maxi van spoke to Jaime ..he came to my hotel and signed contract i paid him here which was so practical i didnt have to go find them.... van was for family of 9 plus a CHOFER... lol.. .(Ismael) which by the way we give him a 10 in service....he was the best tour guide/chofer, knows his way around Guadalajara and sourounding areas has great suggestions which were great and worked around our schedule ...price was great service was awesome i recommend them and all of my family does too...we give them a 5
I loved this place for several reasons. 1. The owner takes pride in his business/vehicles and they are very clean and well taken care of physically in and out and also mechanically well maintained. 2. Before you rent the vehicle the employees are upfront with you about all the coverages and liabilities and what covers or not so you could decide what coverages to get . Be smart and do it anywhere you go. Doesn't matter what country. Friendly staff and they will pick you up in the local area or airport for easy transportation.
