Alamo Rent A Car in Greer

After missing my original flight, I had to rent a car to get to my destination. Alamo came to the rescue as no cars were available from ANY other agency. The weekly price was acceptable and agents were courteous and sent me on my happy way! Go Alamo!

My flight arrived after 1 am, only one employee stayed to help customers get the cars they reserved. The counter was Enterprise/Alamo. This was on 11/11/2024 (early 11/12). I hope you will reward this employee for going above and beyond. She's a gem!

Alamo rents reliable, clean cars every time we have rented from them. More importantly the staff behind the desk are caring, thoughtful people who understand the meaning of 'customer service'. Krystal, at the Greenville/Spartanburg airport, retrieved my backpack after I had left it in the back seat of our rental car and the car had been driven away to be washed. Without hesitation she offered to drive to the car wash and get it for me. I was very grateful as it had my computer inside. Panic attack avoided by the grace of a thoughtful Alamo employee. Thank you Krystal!

Rented cars with Alamo twice this fall and was very pleased with the efficiency of the rental process and the car selection was exceptional. Highly recommend!

My experience with Alamo was great. Customer service was friendly and I didn't have to wait in a long line for service. My car was clean and comfortable. Pick up and drop off was easy at the Greenville/Spartanburg airport. I have used Alamo for years. It's my favorite rental car service.

I had booked a rental car for several days through hotwire. Check in was fine and the car was upgraded to an SUV as they ran out of sedans, which was great. No problems until returning the car. I was waiting in line to return the car when an employee said that I could just hand her the keys and she would take care of the car... well, she never checked the car back in and it was not inventoried until 2 days later so they charged me for an additional 2 days that I did not have the car. I had to call 3 times to get this resolved. The first time I called was after they charged me for an additional day saying it was not checked back in and was still in open status. They said they would fix it and then I got charged for a 2nd day. The manager did call to fix this but I never received my refund so I had to call AGAIN a week later to get my refund processed. If the return was done correctly I would have given them 5 stars, however, this was ridiculous.

Fast easy pickup and drop off at two different airports at a way better price than other major companies. Got exactly the color and make of minivan from online reservation! First time using Alamo and we are very pleased highly recommend

On this my most recent trip, I rented from Alamo Rent A Car, and had an excellent experience!!! The lady at the Greenville Airport location was very kind and witty. When I asked her that I had to change my itinerary to leave vehicle at the Nashville location, she quickly gave me the update and told me the difference. I have rented from Alamo before, but this time, they did a fantastic job in meeting my needs and surpassing my expectations. During this pandemic, masks are required and social distancing is expected. BTW, that BMW3 was an excellent rental!!! But, not good seats for big girls. !! Happy Rental!!!
