They had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tried to come up with every reason to not rent us a car. I will never do business with them again.
Able to rent without using my credit card. The people are so friendly and helpful. Locked the keys in the car while out of state. I had not paid for roadside service but they helped me anyway.
If you don't have a damn utility bill under your name you can't rent here stupid as hell! This is the ONLY Enterprise that ask for this bull crap I've rented in florida in other places in sc and never had a problem so I guess if you are an out of state customer you can't rent here ridiculous!!! I am a loyal customer won't ever do business with this company!!!

I had to get a rental through my insurance and when I say the customer service was good from day 1. From me calling in the claim, 15 mins later I got a call from enterprise to the time I had to return the car.. I work in customer service, but this was top notch. I will be back to rent car.
I am very pleased with the Greenville Woodruff Rd. Enterprise. We had some difficulties with the vehicle. Assistant Manager Garrett made it right and the staff was great. We will rent from them again. Thanks for your service!
Repeating offenses of uncleanness!!! & act as if it's normal practice ; Lord have mercy, I mean I know how to clean a car better than whoever cleaned this car. The first car was dirty filled with dog hair all over the seats and trunk. This car still has dirt, thrash on the mats, cup residue on the dash, nasty liquid I. The door with hair. I should have taken the Toyota. But why must I have to spend 30 min or more Inspecting a car that should have been prepared beforehand? Eventually, I said the hell with it and left it and took pictures for this location to see. Utterly ridiculous PERIOD!!!!!
Car was nice, but at end of service on return, got told " everything looks good but the fuel is low" and responded that it is where I got it, was told no that it is linked to a computer and it said it was given to me at 12 gallons. Told them they were lying, I took a picture with starting milage and gas level, along with range. $4.47 a gallon was not paying, showed them the picture, and they told me it was a mistake. My bill did not reflect the mistake, they credited the mistake, and since I was in a rush and was end of day, I realized in the morning I left a bottle of cologne (not cheap), my daughter got for me, I called right after open, and who ever did the intake of the car is a thief, because they told me nothing was found in the car, and I called first thing. Needless to say very displeased with the service and would recommend anybody renting a car not to trust getting something left behind back because of sticky fingers, and I certainly recommend taking pictures of starting gas and the milage, because had I not I would have had to pat to fill the tank for them, and would have had no recourse
