El servicio esta bien, igual que el vehiculo, pero aunque al devolverlo te digan que esta el coche bien, todo perfecto, tardan muchos dias, mas bien semanas, en devolverte la fianza.
The service is good, as is the vehicle, but even though when you return it they tell you that the car is fine, everything is perfect, it takes many days, or rather weeks, to return the deposit.
La atencion de Javier. Nos atendio con alegria y mucha amabilidad, dandonos todos los detalles necesarios acerca del proceso. Le llame a las 10 de la manana un sabado y a las 11 ya estaba conduciendo la furgoneta que les quedaba en stock.
Javier's attention. He attended us with joy and great kindness, giving us all the necessary details about the process. I called him at 10 in the morning on a Saturday and at 11 he was already driving the van that they had left in stock.
Es una verguenza. Alquilamos una furgoneta con un seguro de franquicia a 200EUR. Tuvimos una rascada y entendemos que nos cobren esos 200EUR. Pero nuestra sorpresa es que...nos cobran 200EUR mas IVA (que en ningun lugar t especifica que el IVA no esta incluido) es decir 250EUR por gusto + gastos de gestion 51EUR ( que me gustara ver la gestion porque no la van arreglar) y un complemento de 6'53EUR que se han sacado del bolsillo. E reclamado y segun ellos esta todo correcto. Ladrones!
It's a shame. We rented a van with excess insurance for EUR200. We had a scratch and we understand that they charged us those EUR200. But our surprise is that...they charge us EUR200 plus VAT (which nowhere specifies that VAT is not included) that is EUR250 per taste + EUR51 management fees (which I would like to see the management because I don't they will fix it) and a complement of EUR6.53 that they have taken out of their pockets. I complained and according to them everything is correct. Thieves!
Alquile un coche el cual tenia danos, el empleado de la oficina de Granollers grabo un video del estado del vehiculo que me dijo que con ese video bastaba, al entregar el vehiculo en Santiago pague la diferencia de km y bien. A los quince dias de entregar el vehiculo me reclamaron los danos del vehiculo por un valor de 1000EUR diciendo que no tenian la informacion necesaria, fui yo quien tuvo que llamar a la oficina de Granollers para pedirle el video conseguirles el numero del agente que tenia el video, y aun asi cuando me dieron la razon y me pidieron disculpas (que las disculpas no valen de nada, lo que tendrian es que hacerme un descuento por las molestias) intentaron cobrarme esa cantidad otra vez, por lo que tuve que volver a llamar, unos sinverguenzas.

Una muy mala experiencia. Devolvi su vehiculo, sin ningun problema, 15 dias despues no tengo el importe de la franquicia devuelto, nadie me soluciona nada, me dan largas, llevo perdido varias horas. Atencion y servicio penoso! No alquileis aqui, hay otras muchas companias que son mas serias, trato penoso
