Es una pena que en general solo dejemos resenas cuando hay algun problema. Tuve un incidente y llame para avisar que llegaria 15 o 20 minutos despues de la hora de cierre, (18:00h) Las dos personas que estaban en la oficina tuvieron la empatia de esperarme a que llegara para poder retirar el coche que tenia reservado. Desafortunadamente, no estaba disponible el coche que habia reservado, pero me facilitaron la unica opcion disponible, y ademas la persona que me atendio, me explico los detalles de uso, para hacerme mas facil "hacerme" a la conduccion de este vehiculo. Espero que Enterprise sepa valorar la calidad humana de sus empleadas. Maria y Vanessa: Muchas gracias por hacer tan bien vuestro trabajo.
It's a shame that we generally only leave reviews when there is a problem. I had an incident and I called to let them know that I would arrive 15 or 20 minutes after closing time, (6:00 p.m.) The two people who were in the office had the empathy to wait for me to arrive so they could pick up the car I had reserved. Unfortunately, the car I had reserved was not available, but they provided me with the only available option, and also the person who assisted me explained the details of use to me, to make it easier for me to "get used" to driving this vehicle. I hope that Enterprise knows how to value the human quality of its employees. Maria and Vanessa: Thank you very much for doing your job so well.
Tenemos reserva para furgoneta grande desde hace DOS SEMANAS para una mudanza a las 9 de la manana. Nos escriben a las 20h DE LA NOCHE DEL DIA ANTERIOR diciendo que no tienen furgoneta, sin dar opcion a nada y diciendonos que lo unico que podemos hacer es poner hoja de reclamacion. PROFESIONALIDAD 0 y dando 0 MARGEN de maniobra para buscar otra compania o solucionarnos el problema. Me parece una falta de respeto increible y no la vamos a recomendar a nadie mas.
We have had a reservation for a large van for TWO WEEKS for a move at 9 in the morning. They write to us at 8pm THE NIGHT OF THE PREVIOUS DAY saying that they do not have a van, without giving us any option and telling us that the only thing we can do is file a claim. PROFESSIONALISM 0 and giving 0 ROOM for maneuver to find another company or solve the problem. I find it incredibly disrespectful and we are not going to recommend it to anyone else.
Easily 5 stars. All staff I encountered during collection and return offer very friendly & professional service. Vehicle was in good condition & presented no technical issues during the 3 day rental period. This branch will now be my first choice when needing a car in the area. Thanks for a great service!
Alquilo furgoneta 24h, 1; me la dan sucia 2; el sistema stop-start no funciona, a medio viaje, en una parada, la furgoneta no arranca, viene servicio en carretera, y sin hacer nada, vuelve a arrancar Al entregarla se les comenta lo sucedido, y por lo que dicen entre ellos, el vehiculo ya habia ido al taller y les dijeron que no afectaba al uso, es decir, ya sabian que fallaba el sistema pero siguen alquilando el vehiculo. 3; A la hora de devolver fianza, me cobran el servicio en carretera, hago queja, hoy, a 2 semanas, todavia estoy esperando que la responsable del lugar me llame o conteste llamadas o me mande un correo, el servicio en carretera puso en su informe que no habia bateria, y a eso se cogen para quedarse mi dinero. A dia de hoy no la aconsejo ni a mi peor enemigo.

Todo perfecto, el personal muy amable y atento (tanto la chica de recepcion como el chico que nos entrego la furgoneta), el vehiculo era muy nuevo y estaba limpio. La devolucion fuera del horario de oficina muy comoda.
Everything was perfect, the staff was very friendly and attentive (both the girl at the reception and the boy who gave us the van), the vehicle was very new and clean. Returns outside of office hours are very convenient.

Wow the best service we had since we moved here Judith was amaizing and went over and beyond to help us locate the truck we needed super nice and professional and English speaking witch is a must especially for us with limited Spanish she called several locations for us and was able to locate the vehicle we needed closer to our home. Highly recommend. Thank You Judith you make our trip much more enjoyable
