+ quick and ergonomic WhatsApp support before pickup + clear pickup / drop out processes + I had my car battery drained - lady pointed me to the person who helped me resolve the issue quickly, all by WhatsApp - had to write this review to remind of getting deposit back (there was a technical error on their side) - I bought "medium" insurance - apparently It did cover nothing. I asked few times what it does, and yes I got an explanation but didn't fully get it. In other companies I used it was more transparent (it oftenly covers light damage and light on-road incidents, but not here) So at the end I'd say "go for it" if you're experienced driver and if you sure everything would be smooth. Otherwise I'd look for other company with more mature coverage

I don't recommand This company! be carreful! They NEVER give me back my deposit! They said we do some damages on the car whereas it's wrong! The woman give you the car WITHOUT check in. So you give the car back, and she says you did damages! They kept my deposit!!!!!!!

BEWARE! SCAMMERS ALERT. AVOID AT ALL COST! The worst experience EVER from a car rental service. First, they did not honor the price I found on the website. Also, I could not get the car I initially asked for. When I asked for the refund, they first lied that the money was not received then when I showed the proof from my bank and promised to share my experience, they had the audacity to intimidate me that they will contact their lawyer and SUE ME if I post anything online! If you need peace of mind, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! There are plenty of respectful companies out there in the island.

When I was choosing a car for 14 days and I wanted the ideal, I had about ten windows open and accidentally ordered a car at the other airport. However, after a few phone calls and WA texts, they loaned me a car in the south without any problems and only for an additional fee of 15E instead of 145E (what they wrote on the website). Maybe it wasnt the bigger one I wanted, but it drove and theres no need for more. I just recommend: as soon as you land, get one in line right away! There are many rental companies, but this one has about 90%! I stood with my family at the backpacks for a while and then it took 1.5 hours to get to the line. They are simply the best! I took a picture of the car as if it was a Bentley and in the end the boy only wanted to see the biggest scratch when he returned it. I recommend! BTW, the VW Polo also drove for 1.7 liters per 100 km, but only from Teide :)

Car rented in February. Catastrophic experience: they have no agency and send you vague instructions by email at the last minute. You have to wait 30 minutes for them to drop off the car. No support throughout the rental, impossible to contact the rental company (fortunately we didnt have anything serious). Finally, they return the deposit to you 1 month later and following numerous reminders. To flee ! On the other islands, I rented from Autoreisen: agency in the airport, no waiting, no deposit and cheaper!
